Do you carry any "non standard gear" such as a lucky charm, some form of abstract utility, or something unique with you when you play airsoft?
Personally, I always have an unjamming rod threaded in my PC, a spare boot lace, small multi tool, and a small notebook/pencil. As far as luck goes, I will almost always wear my "lucky" Israeli defense force t-shirt under my BDUs.

I can understand the unjamming rod, but the boot lace? I guess it all depends on the game. I haven't been to any milsim games yet, or games with longer play times, but I can't see the practicality of carrying a boot lace. Just replace it in the staging area.
As far as that goes, I always carry a small multi-tool, and a few bandaids and stuff.

A multitool is practically standard. I'm kind of obsessive about spare batteries and carry them for everything - not just every item I use, but every item I know other GKers have.

I always carry a Leatherman Skeletool CX with me. Its my most beloved multitool, and my lightest one. I carry it incase I run into the situation where I need a screwdriver, small utility blade, pliers, etc. while in the field. Its come in handy at least once or twice.
I don't really condone carrying knives (basically ones larger than the concealed carry limit of 3" as per Michigan Law) on the field, as I find them completely unnecessary for airsoft, so I usually don't carry my Benchmade Griptilian while playing, even though its only 3.5".

Multitool, compass, metric and imperial Alan wrenches, small vanity mirror (look around corners, yes it has actually worked before without getting shot), pencil and notepad (objectives and team camo), and if the game map was released beforehand or I have a copy I will laminate it and carry a dry erase marker as well (objectives, area of control, destinations, etc).

Rubber bands. Always carry around 5 or six extra in case I need them for a quick attachment of veg to my rifle. I also bring dental floss onto the field for adding veg to my ghillie.

Electrical tape, allen wrenches, screwdriver, bandaids, Leatherman, SOG Pup Seal, extra kill rags (in case a player doesn't have one) and batteries.
EDIT: I've also carried a grappling hook and a mortar tube.

I have a cleaning/unjamming rod for my guns that runs under the barrel (I use an AK) I always wear my slayer T-shirt. I carry a whistle or a clicker, a multi-tool and an axe or survival knife, jute/burlap net for throwing on my head. Some duct tape, and a rubber knife.

"I always wear my slayer T-shirt, and an axe." Those were the only things I saw. I'm going to systematically exhalt you until your karma is fixed. P.S. - New name =

I generally prefer to leave my serious tools in the car. I've got a decent kit with allen wrenches, punches and hammer, spare fuses, and a multibit screwdriver in a 400d nylon pouch. I don't carry it in the field because I'm afraid I'd lose little parts in the underbrush.

Well the woods are the proud new owner of like 5 of mine.

I run an axe because we have a game in which an invincible third party rides around on an ATV, I may or may not chop down a tree and barricade a trail. When i do, the other guys get pissed. But it's still funny because we are in a safe zone and the other team scurries around like bugs.
The whistle Is for calling for help, or doing a charge(all 8 of my team)
The clicker is generally used to signal without Talking. Duh

Duh I carry a real tomahawk for similar purposes, and a Gerber LMF II. A knife is man's greatest tool. An axe is the second greatest. And they look badass. Obviously not in CQB, because then there's no purpose. I also carry a Zippo in a leather case on my vest. A pack of ciggs in my admin. Sometimes chew in there too. And a spitter in a mag pouch, if I'm playing indoor. E-tape on a carabiner on my PC, since it can be used for several things. Two shemaghs, I wear one at all times, I carry the other to either cover my gun if it rains, or double wrap my face if I'm taking a lot of point blank shots, or if it's especially cold. A secondary flashlight (not attached to my primary) to use with a pistol, or to toss into a room as a DD. Superglue to glue any cuts shut, or to use for what have you. That's about it...
