So I bought a PDI Bore up piston for my BAR-10. I didn't know it would not work in the stock BAR-10 cylinder. It fails to mention that on the website unfortunately. So I returned it. Instead of sending me a check they sent me a gift card...... I called them asking for a check and they said they can't revoke the gift card once it has been sent. I understand that but they could have at least asked me if I wanted a gift card or cash before going ahead and doing it. Stupid on their part is all I have to say........
Next time I return something I'll have to be sure to confirm I am getting cash back.

Wait what? Did they send you like a pre-paid gift card like a Visa or MC one, or a gift card to THEIR shop?

How had you originally paid?

I paid with a credit card. They gave me a gift card to their shop. Not an actual gift card, just an email with numbers, which you'd type down in the gift card/rewards box. Can't revoke it as I know the numbers now and could still use the number after they send me a check.
