I am going to follow the age-old adage my mother taught to me: If I can't say anything nice, I won't say anything at all. Lord knows I want to though.

ACU is fugly. Do you have a holster for the MP7 or does it just dangle? ACU works out fine when I'm on the Tan team. I am wearing the holster for my MP7 in the pictures. The holster is on my right leg and in some pictures my MP7 is in it. Since the purpose of this website is to offer help and sometimes constructive criticism, I guess I'll be the ONLY one to try to help you. Insults aren't going to teach you anything, but call me crazy... For starters, lose the middle finger, please. It's arrogant, unnecessary, and too immature for a sport weakened by immaturity. Next, I would switch over to multicam, marpat, desert, ANYTHING but ACU (or black). ACU blends in like an airplane in the stone-age, and I believe is soon to be phased out in our own military (correct me if I'm wrong). If you're sniping, a ghillie suit would make more sense anyway, and is ultimately cheaper, since you can make a nice one yourself. If you don't go with ghillie, a shemagh/helmet will work wonders for you. Your mask is skin tight, if you take one to the ear or face, you're gonna know it. A shemagh and helmet would offer better protection from the neck up. Thanks for the input. Anyway, ACU is my Tan team load-out, my Green team load-out is MarPat based. I am also going to be making a Gillie suit this summer. I have realized that the head-wrap I have doesn't offer much protection from pain and I was already planning on buying a shemagh. Maybe I will buy a helmet too. But, This is my first complete set of gear I have owned. I am slowly building up my other load-outs but they're not ready enough for the world to see. My gear is evolving and by the end of spring I should have more load-outs that I can show to everyone. The pictures in which I am goofing off in are meant to evoke humor. I do not go into airsoft matches and carry that attitude with me.

I'm glad you realize the mistake you made, but that kind of 'humor' is immature -1

I will probably kill my Karma defending Vamp but you guys are being a little uptight about the middle finger thing.. This is not denying that he can act like a goof sometimes but its the Internet and hes still young and dumb. Well that said you should ditch the acu and crossdraw asap. Maybe get a light setup like a TT mav or something for your mp7 and rifle mags.

Okay you say it was for shits and giggles, but those pictures are our impression on you and who you are. I know it may not be true that your not a gangsta and a nice guy, but like I said what show is our impression on who you are.
Now for the loadout.
It look good. (Besides the facemask. Which I think is fugly.) The shoes have to go and maybe some gloves.

FINALLY.
I still hate that sniper paintjob though... But I think we've been down that road one too many times.

After reading over this thread. What I really wanted to say is that this is a semi-serious thread that is supposed to show your layout and how you will look and act at an event. Now i have nothing against the middle finger and some humor but when your first pic is flying the bird it annoys me.
Now back to your impression, acu is a garbage camo I had it and I was the most visible thing in the area. The crossdraw looks tacky but it is effective. And the head wrap just tops it off making you into an acu mummy.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm really glad this thread I made is turning around a little bit and offering good constructive criticism.
When I bought my gear I wanted to get an ACU load-out because I thought it was a pretty cool looking pattern. I am going to make multiple load-outs, but I'm still keeping this as my tan team load-out for now. I will be looking for some new LBE for my ACU load-out. For the green team load-outs I am going to make a Gillie suit load-out and a MarPat load-out.
I will look into getting a Mich Helmet for my ACU and MarPat load-outs and I'll just buy helmet covers in both patterns.
I am replacing the Sniper rifle with a gas ARES-AW338 that I will be upgrading. I am also planning on repainting my old rifle with a snowy camo pattern and will use it in outdoor winter games.
I am regretting posting the pictures of me posing like a d-bag, but it was all in good fun and I hope people don't take it too seriously, but if they do take my funny pictures seriously I'll just have to prove them wrong with my good etiquette on the field.
Also, can everyone stop commenting on my shoes. They aren't part of my load-out. I just didn't want to wear my muddy boots inside my house.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm really glad this thread I made is turning around a little bit and offering good constructive criticism. That's the way things should be. Nobody is born an airsofter, it's not in somebodies blood. You learn to be a part of the community. You're learning, because now people are teaching. Just maintain a good and respectful attitude and you'll never have me on your ass. Anybody with this stupid predisposed unfair attitude towards you needs to just give you a chance. It's called maturity. It's $1.50 an oz. at Wisdom-mart, on the corner of Treat-others-as-you'd-like-to-be-treated St. and Grow-the-hell-up Ave. Splurge.

Mike thats going in my sig. +1 for you. To vamp as far as replacing the crossdraw look at flyee industries gear I prefer the ciras. Acu looks cool but is ineffective. BUT if you are going for modern US loadouts go for this

Yeah, a Tan PC would not only look nice, but it'd help break up your image even more. Camo aside, think of durability. I mean you have a crossdraw, which is better than putting mags in your pocket, but the sturdiness and overall rigidity of a PC really helps make you feel like you have some real gear on.
I know it's hard to drop $80-$120 on a vest with no pouches, but ultimately, you'll love it. Pick up some used pouches in commerce, me and a ton of people are getting rid of them from time to time. Why? Because with molle you constantly learn more effective methods of reloading, storage, and encumbrance. We buy things that end up working less well than other things, so we sell the inefficient for the efficient. Overall, it'll keep you a bit more organized, a better player, and you'll look cooler.
I'm not saying to drop your next paycheck on a PC, but long term, it'd definitely be in your best interest to look into it. What you have is good, but why have good when you can have better?

Nice loadout. Kinda wish I had people with gear like yours in my area. However that L96 was an absolute abomination

I'm not saying to drop your next paycheck on a PC, but long term, it'd definitely be in your best interest to look into it. What you have is good, but why have good when you can have better? See I don't have a steady source of income. All I have is set building in the summer and acting in the fall at Scarefest Scream Park. So I only get more money at certain times of the year. I am only 18 and I'm a senior in high school so I don't have a ton of money to spend. I am planning on buying the ARES Aw-338, so right now my airsoft budget is focused on buying that gun and getting it upgraded. Other than that I'll probably have to wait for the summer to get the expensive LBE gear when my gun load-out is complete. Which means I'm going to get a MarPat BDU jacket(I already have MarPat fatigues) and a CT or CB Cross-draw vest, so I can have a green load-out too. I will probably buy a Mich helmet and another Pantac MP7 holster(CT or CB). I will end up having an identical ACU and MarPat load-out before I can get a new load bearing rig. I'll have to live with the inefficiency of a cross-draw vest until my income starts flowing in again and I can budget myself toward getting better gear.
