Would it be against the rules to carry a 390fps M4 as a primary and a 340fps CQB M4 as a secondary instead of a pistol? I would only use 2-4 mags for the secondary for CQB engagements.

My friend got me into airsoft and i planned on coming april 30 2011 i just want to make sure 14 year olds are allowed to come. my birthday is on may 8 if that makes a difference, but my main concern is can i still come even though im only 14? i understand i need a waiver so can that be waived by my parents?

You might want to go back and edit (spellcheck) your post before the mods bite your head off.
But to answer your question I would prefer that you are vouched for by some one or check out a rec game before attending a milsim.
