I have a question about buying airsoft guns at Young's Army Navy Surplus. Isn't there a 30 day warranty so if the gun has internal defects you can bring it in to get fixed? And is there money back refunds? My friend Jarolled told me that Young's has an warranty because he got his gun fixed there awhile back.

It really depends on the gun, some guns do come with warranties right from the factories. In that case, TJ will usually send it back for work, or if the parts are available, take care of it in the store.
There's no absolute rule, as Young's isn't some giant importer like AirsoftGI or whatever, with millions of guns.
I'm sure TJ (BnB) will stop in and give you the real scoop, since he runs the place.

The following is for Young's in Grand Rapids only. I am not sure of the policies of the Kalamazoo store.
I do not return or exchange any airsoft items and we don't have a warranty on any airsoft rifle/pistol. They are all tested before the customer leaves at the time of purchase. We test it out and I give tips on what to do and what not to do.
I do have items that have factory warranties and most need to be sent to them for any warranty work. On some issues, I have had them send me the part to install.
These policies may seem harsh but there are so many things the user can do wrong that breaks something. With us testing it out before the customer leaves, I really have no issues with items coming back.
I try to be fair so I am sure most issues can be worked out. I just don't cover any issues that are the fault of the user.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

I wouldn't call your policy harsh at all TJ. Actually, it's a pretty standard warranty policy. Even ASGI (mentioned above) has a similar policy if you actually go read their webpage.
All their warranties are handled by like Spartan Imports, Leapers, 101 Tech USA, etc like *most* shops.

Its a OK policy and thanks TJ. I think Young's is great for services and getting information about airsoft.
