The stripper clip in airsoft is the RIS clip above the bolt on an M14 replica.

I have to say, I dont know what it is but the look of the M14 with the full RIS on top just looks great. The mixture of old and new just something about it works. Also that particular scope looks good on any of your DMR/Sniper weapons you can put it on.
All in all great stuff, as far as painting the body goes I would keep the wood look also it does not look at all bad.

I wasn't totally sure what to call it because I found it listed under stripper clip, stripper clip guide, stripper clip sight base, RIS stripper clip... I suppose the most appropriate term would be "RIS stripper clip guide sight base". I have to say, I dont know what it is but the look of the M14 with the full RIS on top just looks great. The mixture of old and new just something about it works. I know I love it. I wanted to keep it classy and classic. When I saw the RAS for just $40 shipped I had to have it because it is such a better scope mounting solution. Turns out I LOVE the look. Also that particular scope looks good on any of your DMR/Sniper weapons you can put it on. That is just the 40mm. The SL9 has my 50mm. Nothing makes me happier than mounting a big ol' scope on a long rifle.

I loved my TM SPAS. Sold it for a good reason, but it was hard to let go. I had some amazing kills with that gun, including taking out a 6 man team using just one shell.

Yeah I'm hanging on to this forever. I know for a fact if I ever sell it I will be posting in the "gun you regret selling" thread again. I have much envy in your collection. I also bet some others on here do to. Thanks.

I love the spas. Where did you manage to find it? I only manage to find the single shot ones, and then it's usually the stock-less version.

I picked up the stockless SPAS here on MIA. I never thought I would see one here, let alone for a decent price. You can find the Marui SPAS in stock in a few places. Ehobby Asia still has the stockless version in stock. As for the stock, search China, UK, and Japan. It won't be cheap but they are out there. While doing my research the going rate for a good condition stock with hook was $200-300. After trying to aquire one I think a more realistic current rate is $300-400. Popular opnion is the stock will cost 2x or more what the SPAS itself does. After all the work I did to get mine. All I can say is good luck. Anyway, now you can go and hunt Velociraptors at Jurassic Park. The sad part is I watched that movie last night. I smiled a bit at the part when he unfolds the stock.
