That's a good idea just keeping rubber bands on there for veg. Good thinking

That looks great man, I think you nailed it there with that waist pack. How do you feel about the woodland cammies with the desert colored Jute/Burlap though? Ever considered spray painting some tan into there?

Thanks man! We miss you over on the Sniper Forum. I love the set up I have now, as it is not too heavy and everything on there serves a purpose. As for the woodland camo, I have considered spray painting some tan on there, just never gotten around to it. I typically add some vegetation for the summer months to help the ghillie blend with green terrain, but around here, there is a lot of dead tall grass, so adding some tan to the cammies would not hurt. Thanks for the comments, and I really need to get a hold of some spray paint. I meant to do that a long time ago.

Update! Decided to make a few rifle wraps today: Wrap in action: Note there is no vegetation added to demonstrate how well the wrap works without veg. It was like a "test" and in my opinion, the wrap passed. Next up, a wrap for the scope. Perhaps some pics with vegetation added into the mix later on in the week.

I plan on getting some pics of me with all this stuff loaded up soon. The 3day is amazing, I can fit everything pictured in it. With room to spare!

I see you run a M4 in the 3 day. Does this mean you don't run with a spotter?

I see you run a M4 in the 3 day. Does this mean you don't run with a spotter? Correct, most snipers who are out on three days trips or longer normally do not bring a spotter. It's pretty normal for snipers to carry M4s, they are very versatile, because even with two people, you have to sometimes clear a small town out, and the M4 is much efficent if all hell breaks loose.
