If you're going to bother carrying scissors, at least carry EMT shears instead of regular household Fiskar scissors. It would look better/more realistic.
Also, group all your glowsticks together. IRL if you were going to use them, you'd want them all in the same vicinity so you could easily grab one and throw it out. Whether you string them and hang them from a carabiner or thread them through the molle loops all in the same spot is up to you.
And I'm not sure what those rubber bands are hanging off the one black pouch for, could you explain?
With the shotgun shells, I would suggest one of two things: either get a shotgun shell pouch, or get a shotgun shell armband. Either way, it will work a lot better and you'll be less likely to loose/drop a shotgun shell.
Normally I would suggest that you replace those black pouches, but as you said, no one will see them anyway.
All in all, I think you've got a good start, just needs some fine tweaking.

1. Agreed, the scissors I am using are not realistic, and would like to get ones that look the part. However, the scissors get the job done on the field, and its sole purpose is to cut the dental floss which is used to tie on natural vegetation. 2. Thanks for the tip on the glowsticks. I typically do not use them, but have them just in case its necessary. I will group them together like you said. I had them stringed off all in one area before, but like them in the molle parts of the belt, as this way they are more concealed. 3. Rubber bands are there for quick and easy access in case I need them to attach more vegetation to the rifle. I have some on the stock of my rifle as well, but having some spares in case I need them never hurt. After all, its not like they weight ten pounds each Also, it allows me to give some to my spotter if he is in need of some for attaching natural veg as well. 4. Totally agree on the shotgun shell input you have. As you could see in some of the pictures, the shells are held in on the stock of the rifle (where they would be during games), and I only have four at this time. If/when I get more, I would definitely get a shotgun shell pouch, which I believe I mentioned on the page before, as I would feel much more confident that none would be lost in the field. 5. Black pouches will be replaced at some point, but I have had them for the last few years, and they have served me well. There was no absolute need to replace them, but due to the fact that this loadout is near complete, more funds are available for tweaking the loadout and buying items that are not entirely necessary. For instance, some new tan pouches will be ordered soon, such as a new radio pouch (tan), and some others as well. Thanks for the input. From the looks, and tips I have been given, I can tweak this loadout to make it look much better/realistic. As far as functionality goes, I could not be happier. Thanks for the advice!

Looks like you have to much jute on your ghilie. You want like a 50/50 jute to natural veg. Jute is more of a filler and to break up the shape and color of your base cammies. To much jute can give a sniper away because he looks like a jute ball. Also with the jute you might want to comb it out so the strands are not as thick. Another thing to make it look better is to do a wash with it as in get it really dirty and/or use some tan/brown/green spray paint and lightly dust some parts to break up the look. Natural vegetation is great and changing it to match your enviroment is going to help a lot as you go, but remember that your movement and avenues of approach are the biggest things. But then again its airsoft and mostly to fast pace to care.

Thanks for the input. As you can see from the pics, little veg is attached. I simply did not bother with it for pics, and it really shows how important vegetation really is. Next set of pics I will focus more on the natural vegetation. Have a new method for attaching veg, so it will be much easier, and less time consuming.
Every once in a while, I take the ghillie out, and pull the jute apart, to help break the strands up. Long and tedious process, but I find this much easier than using a comb.
I also just took the ghillie out today and placed it out in the sun. I like to let the wind bather it around, and let it air out every once in awhile. Been meaning to get some spray paint, especially for the front of the BDU's.
Now that you mention it, there is a lot more jute on there than is probably necessary. Might just have to take some of that out. Would help lighten the ghillie up, and provide more space for some natural vegetation.
Will get some more pictures with me in the ghillie soon. Been meaning to get back out there and try some new things out.
Thanks!

For tying in natural veg. a lot of guys use brown hair ties.

I actually am now using dental floss to tie on the veg. It is better than the old method where I used elastic bands. Veg now stays on tight, and does not come out as easy.

Dental floss is great for a variety of uses. The stuff is extremely strong, and is great for sewing. My knockoff Oakley gloves ripped between the thumb and forefinger within a day of getting them and dental floss has been holding strong in that spot ever since.

Only real problem with that is if you were doing a stalk and the vegetation changed you would not be able to change natural veg. nearly as fast as elastic bands or hair ties.

If the vegetation changed to the point where I had to remove the current veg on the ghillie, I would simply cut the floss and remove the veg. Then take some new veg and tie it on. It might be slower than elastic bands, but with the help of a spotter, it would not be too bad.
Basically, having a spotter around makes things a lot easier, itleast in my opinion.

More updates, similar pics, but a few changes. What is on the belt: 1. Single pistol pouch: Holds m9 mag -At the moment I only have one extra mag, and plan on getting a few more for use during the summer months. 2. OD double pistol pouch: Holds m9 mags 2. Double Grenade Pouch: These are perfect for holding MK96 mags, and take up little space. Holds them nice and secure and looks cool as well. Also holds face paint. 3. M4 pouch (with pistol pouch on front): Never used it for anything but mags until now. Works great with for holding my radio. Also holds dental floss kit. 4. Rubber bands: Cause you never know when you need some more veg on your rifle. 5. Glow sticks: Takes up a lot of space for something so small but is more concealed than when they were simply attached my a ring. Comes in handy for night games (ones in pics are used and dead). -EDIT: Only one stick now 6. Holster: Love this thing, got it a few days ago, holds my m9 nice and secure. For only 10 bucks you cannot go wrong. Highly recommended. Total weight with everything (including mags): 8 pounds

It's cool to see that you are progressively actually getting a nice practical kit going through your pictures.
My only suggestion is to take out the glow sticks. For a "sniper" it probably is not something on the top of their list for things needed.
I would also suggest getting a backpack. To my knowledge snipers need to have supplies because of reconnaissance and long periods of time they are out in the field.
