Thanks Glass Architech. :-)
On a side note, I have to admit I love fruit loops! I have a bowl of it every morning with my daughter. ;-)
PS. great IL airsoft site. We'll have to add it onto our agenda to stop by as well. :-)

Glad to hear that the situation was resolved. Things happen from time to time that are out of our control and we appreciate any feedback you can give us so they can be corrected.
We certainly would love to have everyone satisfy with their purchase with us and we understand that sometimes things goes awry but that's what we're here for. To fix the situation and make sure our customers are well taken care of.
In xIT's case, irst, we sincerely apologize for the delay of process and do appreciate xIT's patience. The black M6A2 you ordered is the last one we have in stock and none of the other retailers have it in their inventory. We were instructed by the manufacturer to wait for a replacement in order to send it. But unfortunately the that replacement never arrived. So instead of keeping the customer waiting, we propose to send a bronze model of the M6A2 which is also the last one in stock in place of the black version.
Upon inspection, our technicians noticed that the stock pad was not able to lock in upon installation and determined that the locking pin was not in its correct position. We were able to readjust the position of the locking pin and successfully installed the stock pad without further difficulty.
We'd also like to address the issue of the product appears to be used. The Classic Army manufacturer often times organize its products by stacking them on top of each other before assembly without protective material in between which cause the parts to make contact and might also be the cause of the sticker rubbing off the airsoft rifle itself. But rest assure all of our merchandise are brand new, unopened and unused just as how we receive them from the manufacturer.
All and all, we are glad to provide assistance in any way we can. So feel free to let us know if you have any suggestions or comments.
