If you have not got your stuff yet just contact your credit card company and file a complaint. They will get you your money back. I had a similar issue with evike and finally just decided to file a claim. Ended up getting a full refund from my credit card company plus evike sent me a gift certificate for being such douches. Then I tried to use my gift certificate for an online order and they wont not accept it. I had to end up mailing them the gift certificate. Pretty lame IMO.
I'm going with Kiki on this one. You're obviously being a push over on the phone, and guess what - you're going to get pushed over. Most of these guys you talk to are working the 9-5 and don't give a rat's ass about your problem. Unless you start sounding pissed, threatening law suits, and threatening to call the Better Business Bureau, nothing will happen.
However, its been so long at this point I would just cancel my order via Visa/American Express/Mastercard - that or Paypal (if you still can with Paypal).
