Made a order from evike the other day and bought $466 worth of stuff. Put the coupon code in for 15% off. It showed up and then it said it was 430 shipped.
The next day, i got a email saying the total amount was $490.
It charged me more for shipping and took off the coupon code.
Tried to call them on the phone or email and they say that they cant do anything about it. I deff. wont be ordering from them anytime soon.
Real cool evike...

I hate them too, but their prices are better than ASGI's. I've had shipping problems similiar to that. They took off my Coupon code too, but after a quick email they fixed it before they sent out the stuff.

Ct Man, I would keep calling. I usually get some jerk that won't help me at all. But if you call again, you might get someone real nice, and they will do everything they can to help you.
With that said, I have had my bad and good experiences with evike. The only reason I order from them is because of their great prices.

Always use the "freeship" code as it usually saves you more than the 10% off code. You have to remember that most aeg's come in a fairly large box and that UPS shipping from CA is usually $12-$15 per box so the shipping prices can add up very quickly.

Airsoft GI all the way man. Evike never again. The only good thing Evike is good for, is their holy cow special.

Coupon code "Rocket" will give you 15% off if you have an order over $100 dollars with evike.
And I haven't had much of a problem with evike, except that an item went out of stock and wasn't marked out of stock on the site, even after i was contacted by the evike administration.

I've had similar experiences. I gave Evike 4 chances and never once did they come through as promised. Their packing is terrible as I've received damaged goods twice, and their item status is rarely accurate (assume everything is out of stock and you will be less disappointed). I have had excellent service with both Cobra and Airsoft GI, they will be getting all my business.

Update:
Called Evike today explaining that I have not recieved anything, or any emails. Its Been over 2 months and still nothing. They said they will get it "sorted out"
Sounds like me like another 2 months.
At this point, I would appreciate it if they just refunded my money, I can honestly say I will never do buisness with them again at this point.
Every time, And yes, EVERY time I order from them i'm just thrown on the bottom of their shipping and priorities list, even though I spend a great deal of money with them, 3+ $400 orders.
If you dont mind waiting 2 months, evike is the store for you.
///rant over.

Well, Here we are, 4 months...
I have emailed them multiple times. They must still be "sorting it out." Now, they wont even reply to my emails.
To out the iceing on the cake, the gun i originally ordered is out of stock and has a ETA of N/A. Pretty cool right? If anyone has any suggestions, or knows a way to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am going to PM you an email directly to the sales manager. This should sort things out for you!

Dude, call them and threaten to sue. Stop trying to be a nice guy and just sound pretty pissed off on the phone. I don't condone this when an order is like a few days late or something like that, but when it gets to 3+ months and you're still waiting on an order you got charged too much for... Well, sometimes it takes drastic measures.
Anyways, if you still have records of your order, just tell them that you want it on your doorstep in a week (or something like that, just make sure to set a hard deadline that's reasonable) or you'll talk to your family lawyer, etc... You don't have to actually be serious about the lawsuit, just let them know that they're in the wrong and legal action can be taken if they don't fix the situation.
Finally, when you get them on the phone, don't let them get off with a "I'll have a supervisor call you later" or something like that. Request to speak with a manager or supervisor or someone who can actually help you with your situation as soon as you can.
Oh, and if nothing really comes of it, talk to your credit card company (or Paypal if that's how you paid) and get them to cancel the charge.

This, and contacting the Better Business Bureau might be a good idea too.
