I am about to buy this beast of a gun and was wondering if you guys could help me out. Could this rifle be upgraded with AEG cut tightbores? And is the APS-2 and UTG L96 mags capable of working in the M99?

It's not a beast. It takes considerable money in upgrades to be any good at all. APS2 Mags will fit with modification, and if you buy the expensive hop up by PDI, you can use AEG cut tightbores.
Trust me, and don't waste your money.

Tex, is that the same one you had awhile back, ended up having to put all those parts into?

Any sniper rifle you can expect to put at LEAST $1K into to get it internally sound and shooting as an airsoft sniper rifle should.
To make things more complicated, when it comes to clone rifles (UTG, WELL, TSD, AGM, Snow Wolf, etc) despite the fact they are supposed to be 100% clones of the original, fact of the matter is, they are NOT always 100% clones. In the case of the Snow Wolf Barrett M99 it is "supposed to be" a 100% clone of the PWD conversion kit for the Maruzen APS-2, however Snow Wolf did NOT clone it properly and some parts such as the fragile trigger mechanism are proprietary, and thus impossible to replace with better parts.
In short, this "beast" of a rifle will very quickly turn into a 20lb paper weight and you won't be able to use it again.

Honestly, what we're trying to say is..."Don't buy this gun unless you have substantial funds to overhaul the gun as a whole".

Well I already bought it. The trigger seems to stick after I shoot it. Do I lube it or what?

I get it.
But no, there is no upgrade for the trigger for the snow wolf. I'm sure you could probably upgrade a sear or two, but the important part of the trigger system is cheap pot metal. If it breaks, you're SOL. Or you could pay someone to machine the part for you. Either way, you're better off getting your money back. The mags suck, that's why it misfeeds, and the sticky trigger probably means the guy who used it before wore it out. It's just not a good rifle platform unless you're willing to put in about $600 to internals.
