OPERATION: RED DAWN II
The Russians achieved little in the first wave attack of Operation Red Dawn I, pulling back to regroup, the decision came down to mount up for a massive re-deploy via airborne invasion.
As Soviet airborne forces peirced the blackness of the night sky they began a massive airborn invasion. The plan was to assault the valley fordge region by dropping troops in key areas siezing all american areas of operation disrupting supplies and communications as well as hampering troop movement.
As the soviets began to deploy... Crack U.S. anti-air batteries hidden in the area shelled the incoming soviet transports scattering them across the vast region. small pockets of soviet VDV and american resistance fighters smothered the region into chaos. Small battles and fire-fights erupted everywhere.
Now both Russian and American forces fight not for victory but for survival... a battle with no front lines... the prize is a mere grasp of the situation and possibly to gain an unknown advantage in the region.
