Hello, I work at Evike, We really do care about customer satisfaction. At times as far as back orders go, we deal with over 200 Airsoft manufacturers around the world. In a lot of cases, these people tell us that an order is on the way only to find out they have not even sent it yet. They eventually send it, but in the mean time there is nothing we can do to hurry them up other than just like you do us, we call them and stay on top of it. That is one of the things that we face in being the Biggest Airsoft store in the USA. At that is dealing with that kind of situation from time to time. We will do all that we can to keep you the customer happy, some of things are out of our hands until we get the shipments from the people who promised them to us. As soon as we get them, we ship them out the same day to those who order those products. Please remember tho, that is one of the reasons that you can get certain Airsoft items from us and no one else is because we make that sacrifice of dealing with that kind of situation to get you your Airsoft product because you mean so much to us. It is you, the customer who has made Evike the number 1 Airsoft Super Store in America, we do respect that fact and you. Yeah, 'cause you're not a troll, and we won't find this message on most of the forums in the US.
I have had so many problems with evike, it's not even funny. I'd order from them, but it would have to be something I NEEEEEEEED that no-one else carries (which is pretty rare), I'd order from Evike, but if I want good service, I'll order from AirsoftSmith, or AirsoftGI.
If this post is sincere, then great, I'll wear the honorary dick hat, but think about how much BS prompted this note... and hey, while your at it, look at the poster, I'm sure Kevin, or whoever, will be back as a regular contributer to this site.

How do we know you’re not just going to take our order number and try to switch the shipping address or something worse?
Look at it our way it’s not like you have any proof that you work for evike. Do you have an evike email address or anything like that?

I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread and edit the above post.
The above user did not sign up using an evike hosted email account. I have yet to see a retailer affiliate sign up for this forum using a yahoo/google/hotmail email address, which makes me doubt this guy very much.
Unless this poster offers some sort of verification that he is who he says, do not send him your order numbers or any other personal information. I'll be sending an email to Evike to investigate this.
Scratch that, the dude's legit.

Hello, KevinAtEvike here, I have no problem what so ever with what you did. Actually I think it was very good that you took time to do what you did. You were taking care of Evike as well as your Members and I respect that, as anyone should. But I do work for Evike. They hired me last week and since there is another person with a name very close to mine, same first name etc., it is taking some time getting the evike email address together. After talking with team at Evike, we all decided it was best not to send order numbers at any website because being that any website that is not ours we can not guarantee the security of the message route. So what I am doing to help anyone who needs it concerning any problem that anyone may be having. Then PM me with what problems/issue you are having and I will refer you to the appropriate person at Evike that can help you with what the specific problem/issue with Evike that you are having at that time. By now, I am sure the Gentleman that runs this website has verified that I do work at Evike. I have, in fact, verified that Kevin here works for Evike. I should have followed up sooner, but got side tracked. That's my bad, and I'm sorry for the delay on this message, Kevin.
I like this new method of customer service much better. Giving out personal and financial information on a site like this, or any other forum, to another member who you don't know is just asking for trouble.

No problem at all guys, I understand. I am here as well as on other Forums to try and help those who have had problems in the past with Evike and for other reasons as well. Evike has done a lot to make their customer service better. This week they have upgraded the software in which things should update faster on what is and what is not in stock at the Evike website. The management is working very hard to change things for the customer to make it easier to shop on line and at store with less confusion.
If anyone does have a problem with anything to do with Evike that I can help with, just PM me what the problem is. But please do not PM me your order # or any personal info in the PM, just state the problem that you are having either with a product you have purchased from Evike, if you need to return it, I will explain how to get a RMA number that you must have to return anything, if it is sponsorship, I will tell you who to contact at Evike. I f you are having any problems at all with anything to do with Evike, PM what is happening and I will do what I can for you. Thank you for your time. Have a great one people .
