Reasons: The main one being that I've ordered new items from them and have received used. Backorder items don't have an accurate ship date. They push the date back every 2 weeks they don't have it. There is also no way I can see to cancel a backorder item without calling and dealing with an employee.
I'm also sick of them repeatedly trying to send me email deals which I don't want. They automatically have you opt-in when you buy something unless you specifically uncheck it during the order process.
Unless I find a really cheap deal, I'm going to look elsewhere for now on.
* I did end up complaining about item quality later in a survey, and I was contacted through email 2 days later and received a refund.
