So, I'm getting ready for the MILSIM in Charlotte tomorrow, and it's been a long time since the rifle has been up and running. All of the "accessory" batteries are toast and I need to replace them. Does the AIMPOINT take a CR160 3v Lithium? Or is it something else? I've been trying batteries for the last few minutes and can't seem to find one that makes the AIMPOINT work. Might be something internal, or they're just trash!
Thanks in advance.

No one has one of these anymore? Jeeze Louise! I saw somewhere that it said it was a 2032. But the guy at Radioshack refuses to believe it, even thought he told me to call the number to TPG and such. Can anyone help?! PLEASE!

I would say its definitely not a 2032. Those are quite large. The batteries you need should look the same, but they are smaller and fatter. I always got mine at CVS, I wanna say I used hearing aid batteries. If you have your old batteries, it should say the number on them and just go get those.

Devildogdoc, don't doublepost. It's hardly surprising that nobody with your specific model of sight has logged on the last hour and a half and known the battery model.
If it's like a real Aimpoint, it's probably a 1/3N, or a pair of 357s.

I just got one of these sights used for my son. It did not come with batteries. Since you recently bought batteries, could you ( or anyone else) post the type and quantity, and also which side up (+ or -) to put them in. Thanks, Fritz
