I never thought a Systema owner would put on his carry handle rail adapter on backwards. Fail points +1.
Other than that, looks good. Not sure if I like the look of an EOtech on top of a carry handle, but its fine.

Um....take a closer look...I don't think that particular one is on backwards. It just looks off. Look at the line between the rail itself and the top of the carry handle. It's wider at the front than at the back. I suspect it wouldn't fit into the carry handle groove if reversed.

I've been proven wrong. Sorry, my bad. Fail points on my side I have nothing else to say.

I really don't think the EOTech mounted on top of the carry handle is the correct solution. Try one of these:

That rail will not work because of the M500. That was my first instinct as well but I soon found out it was a no go after purchasing the EOtech one and trying it out. The carry handle mount also makes it possible to wear a full face mask without target acquisition becoming a problem.

I could see how that M500 could get in the way, but there's gotta be another option. In a real scenario that rifle wouldn't be accurate at long range due to the massive height difference in your bullet exit point and your dot.
But that is pretty cool that you got your hands on one of the acclaimed M733 PTW's.

That rifle looks like it'd be designed for close-quarters anyways Dahm. Either way, I also dislike having sights that high up. Lower the better.

I agree with Troub, I hate raised sights.

I've decided that I'm going to replace the receiver with Prime CNC Noveske receiver. I really like this setup. Perhaps eventually Ill turn her into something similar. Although I really like the m500 so we'll see. One thing I would like to do in terms of measurable objectives is to decrease the weight. Perhaps something similar to below as well:

ARSENAL UPDATE Recently the metal body was replaced with a Prime CNC Noveske upper and lower. A Systema MP5A4 has also been added to my collection. All the weapons I currently own. Collection: - 08 Systema m733 - 08 Systema MP5A4 - TM mp7 AEP - TM USP AEP - KWA M9 PTP m733 specs: - Prime CNC Noveske upper and lower receiver - Surefire m500A - EOTech 553 One thing I've found relatively funny is that the m733 with all the accessories weighs less than the bare bone mp5. That just seems extremely awkward to me.
