Hellfish, can someone verify SWAT Silent for me please? We did receive his e-mail and I'm sure that once Knief or Kiki are online, the roster will be updated to include him.

The Heckler & Koch MP5 (From Maschinenpistole 5 - German: "machine pistol model 5") is a 9mm submachine gun of German design, developed in the 1960s by a team of engineers from the German small arms manufacturer Heckler & Koch GmbH (H&K) of Oberndorf am Neckar. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP5Nice try though.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heckler_&_Koch_MP7That is, if we're REALLY gonna pick flyshit out of pepper.
Well played, but the rule still stands.

Shit, need some more people to start signing up for Sunday, or it's going to be a boring game!

Shit, need some more people to start signing up for Sunday, or it's going to be a boring game! Actually there are a large number of people who signed up for BIA (both days). If the spots on Sunday do not fill up within a given time then we will open it up and it will fill up just as fast as the one for Saturday. In other words, there's more signed up than what's shown right now.

His nickname is Silent for that exact reason. I forget about him every freakn game. I lose him on the field for hours at a time... only to remember I told him to guard something... ;D

CQB can be the best games, and the most stressful. People are up in each others faces.. Barrels come around the corner at face height, 2 ft away from other players. I'm speaking from experience, and my views do not necessarily represent the Hellfish's. I am saying this for attendees, and for the Hellfish. I've played in building like this before, one being an abandoned hospital very similar to this hotel design. Bang Kills/ Safety Kills:You're going to get shot from less than 10 feet, It's going to happen, and it may even be your own teammate. I just want to say IT HAPPENS. People are jumpy when they are alone in a 9 story hotel with 40 people trying to shoot them. And don't run down a hallway yelling "bang" to a room full of 25 tangos... Legitimate safety kills are nice. I just hate when you're in a firefight, and then someone yells bang instead of finishing it out.. haha Stair wells These are going to be major choke points. A LOT of people are going to be cornered, and trapped. I see the most blind firing going on, shooting into stair wells. These are the most stressful parts of the game. But, I want to mention that there are going to be a ton of BB's on them, and they are slippery as hell.... Hellfish, bring a broom and try and clear them on occasion. I've seen a LOT of players fall on stairs like these, people try to run down them and end up falling down an entire flight with their gun and sometimes tackling other players. (I wear a helmet at knee/elbo pads for a reason.. haha) Shields These are the best thing to keep the game moving. One guy with a shield gives an entire force strength to move down a hallway, or up a staircase. But, I'd like to see just 2 per team, most. Otherwise they get ridiculous when they are around every corner. Then it actually creates a new choke point. Semi/Full Auto Players guns sometimes mess up, and shoot automatic on semi.... Sometimes players mess up and accidentally shoot auto. And some guns are allowed full auto if i'm not mistaken. This is going to be hard to control/referee. Most fair thing to do is apologize and call out if you shoot on full auto. But, I predict a lot of people yelling about full auto already, it happens. Lasers/lights I've had lasers get banned from a field I played at because morons kept shining them in EVERYONES eyes. There's going to be bright lasers and lights, but try and be courteous with them. And try not to blind your own team with your light... Eliminated Players There are going to be eliminated players walking around... (If you are one of them, I'd suggest yelling "Dead man walking/Coming through" etc... So you don't get shot more... But, fair warning... You're going to get shot anyways.... You are free to do what you want with this information, I just wanted to post it up to give an idea. Looks like most players going are pretty experienced and knowledgeable guys. And I know hellfish know how to run events already, so im not too worried.

Nice info A4. I second all of that after my one run at hosing a CQB a few years ago. We ran into almost all of those same problems... it is going to happen. Just have fun with the game and do your best to be a good sport.

Kill rags should be a MANDATORY THING, just go to a auto zone and buy some red shop rags for like 7 or so bucks for a dozen ( I don't know exactly).
Or buy a red bandanna from a dollar store, you can toss it on your head and walk out to respawn still saying DEAD MAN WALKING!
OR put it around a corner on the end of your gun if your walking into a hot area. Makes things a little easier to not shoot some one with a bright red rag tucked into they're goggles.
