Bah, no one is to be faulted for the sake of being mad, Im bummed, but It dose happen. I am also thankful for Hellfish trying something new in the state. Thanks a lot guys for doing things the right way even if it didn't pan out, you guys tried.
Let us know if any thing else comes to fruition in the future.

Helfish you guys did a Hell of a job getting it this far. Shit happens and sometimes it happens big like this but oh well. Again great job you guys did all you could.
As a side note mabye you could get a game going on those days somewhere else? I know a lot of people got off work and have nothing else to do so it might be a great idea.

Yep, I'm definitely disappointed, and for the record the city is exercising too much power over private property. However, stuff happens, and Lid and co. are to be commended for their hard work on the event. I know you guys are probably more disappointed than the rest of us due to all the time and effort invested!

See, No sour puss music from us, We all know what it takes, ( or have a idea at least ) on what it takes to even start the ball rolling on such a major thing, No one would flame or has the right to because we all were kept as abreast ( huh huh huh he said breast ) to the situation as most of hell fish was, Again thanks for trying guys.

P.S.
next time, try and make all proceeds go to the police dept. That's what they do around here, and usually it's hard to shut down a police benefit... Looks bad on the mayors end to do such a thing.
Charge 50.00 a person... 80 people... $4,000 x 2 days... $8,000.00 in a weekend. hard to turn that down. Sounds like new vests for the entire dept. to me!

I spoke with Arc briefly about this. I will look into some possible sites in the area of Northwestern Detroit. There are a number of apartment buildings which are now vacant thanks to our economy and I will try to contact the property owners regarding using the buildings for an airsoft event.
