So on July 11th I had sent in an order for some BB's and a Tanaka Long Mag. In total, it was $102 w/ Free UPS ground. I needed the package for this weekends Bangor game and No Limits (COME!) game. For any normal retailer this would be no problem, as when I ordered there were still 2 weeks for the package to make it here. Evike is no normal retailer however, they pretty much suck.
After sending payment promtly on the 11th of July, just after placing my order, I receive no emails from Evike for a few days. I thought this was a bit strange but what the heck. July 19th comes rolling around (over a week later), and I still haven't heard anything. I decide to look up the status of my order. Its still PROCESSING.
At this point, I decide to email Evike, which a day later informs me I never paid them. I immediately reply back, somewhat infuriated, that I had indeed paid them. I even included the Unique Transaction ID. I send the email again because I hear nothing the next day. A day after that, the 22nd of July, I get an email telling me that they cannot do anything unless I provide the transaction ID - which I did twice already.
Again, I email them back and demand express shipping for their insufferable ignorance to my order. It takes Evike another two days to then ship my order out - the 24th of July (today).
In the end, my package is to arrive via UPS GROUND, NOT EXPRESS SHIPPING on the 30TH OF JULY. It will have taken a total of 19 days to get the package to my door. The package will consiquently not be here for the games this weekend, even though I ordered it two weeks ahead of time...
Conclusion: Evike is completely off their game right now. Do not order from them. I have gotten nothing but bad customer service, laziness, and ignorance. I've had good luck with them in the past but they are past their prime.
