Well, it depends on what you need... a utility pouch isn't a bad idea to keep random things that you may need on the field. Otherwise, just a hydro and you're set (unless there's something else you need specifically). For hydro, definitely get a MAP. You can carry a hydro bladder and they'll have one or two zippered pouches to keep stuff like car keys, wallet, loose bb's, etc... and they look awesome.
Oh, and good choice on the Phantom (Pantac) CIRAS. They're the best replicas you can get IMO.

Depends on your budget...I'd say get an Eagle MAP if you're made of money, but that's probably unnecessary. So I'd say get a Pantac MAP.

MAPs are totally dumb IMO. Think about it, it's a non removable pack. I would go with a Camelback Ambush or Mule if I were you.

I've never had to remove mine in a hurry... Why would you need it to be removeable?

I really like having my hydration system locked on to my LBE. It lets the weight of the hydro system kinda sorta balance out the weight of all the crap on the front.

I usually go with a few mag pouches on the front, an admin pouch, and a utility pouch. On the back I just toss on a hydration carrier. Add what's only necessary. You don't need anything extra really. Stick with the bare essentials, you'll save a lot of weight.

I've never had to remove mine in a hurry... Why would you need it to be removeable? A MAP is designed to hold things, and a nice amount of it. When SHTF I would rather be able to remove it myself and not have to call my buddy over to me and say "HEY REMOVE 'XXX ITEM'." I've been asked to remove or sort things in a MAP on numerous occasions, and I always think that the person could have easily done it himself had he used a standalone pack.

Ok, but when, in airsoft, is shit going to hit the fan? Yeah, I understand that it kind of sucks to have to have a buddy put my keys away, but oh well...I'd rather have my hydration strapped on tight than on a backpack or something like that.

Ok, but when, in airsoft, is shit going to hit the fan? Well, maybe when you are on the receiving end of Task Force Assfish?

I'm the partial reason why he hates MAP's!! Win!! I have nothing else to say. I'd say go for the Pantac/Eagle MAP if you want to carry a lot of items with you onto the field. I usually put some BB's and extra magazines in there if I'm playing a long game, but usually I just put a towel in there to wipe my head for when it's hot out. If your not going to carry a lot of stuff with you, standard hydration carrier with MOLLE on it will probably work fine for you. Then if you need a few more utility pouches you can attach them as you need them.
