I made my first order through them ever (At least I think it was the first) and I am pretty impressed so far. As far as shipping goes I give them a 100 out of 10. I made my order about 36 hours ago, and I got it this morning. I have absolutely no clue how it got here so fast, but I am VERY happy about that. Unfortunately a minor piece on the item was missing so I now have to pester them about that, so for that error they get a 6 out of 10. Overall, if you want something quick, they're the go-to guys.

Holy shit, that is shocking. INORITE?? Another shocking thing is, I got a DHL receipt on my door this morning as well, so the RSOV order I made on June 2nd, is already here as well. ;D

How are the shipping prices?

On the Airsoft Global order I opted for the $35 3-4 day express shipping. It was for one item, about 1lb.
On the RSOV order, I opted for the 2-4 day express DHL shipping. DHL sucks a royal wang (at least my delivery man does) since they are pissants about rescheduling dropoffs.
In my opinion, it is always worth paying the extra $10 or so for shipping since the company usually pays a bit more attention to your order due to the fact that you have paid for the upgraded shipping and they are more prone to sending out your order a bit faster. (At least in all my experiences) To me it's worth paying a bit more and having your order for a important game, etc. rather than saving $10 and getting it the monday after...I have nothing else to say. (That has happened to me many a time)

How are the shipping prices? Comparable to other Hong Kong based retailers. I ordered my Ares dual optics scope from them and shipping for it was $35 but it came in a week. And their customer service is pretty decent. I wanted to pay through paypal and they sent me an invoice in like 1 day.

Just got a large order in through ASG.
Paid for the FedEx Express shipping of $150 on Monday night, and got it Friday morning.
Everything was intact and they shipped the order less than 12 hours after I placed it.
A+++ again for Airsoftglobal.com !!!!!!!!!!!

Figured I might as well chime in too. I placed an order on January 10th, paid $38 in shipping (didn't buy anything too big) and got it on January 12th at 10:28 AM. I was extremely impressed.
The only thing I don't like about them is that the navigation links on their website don't work with Firefox, only with IE (and come one, who still uses IE anyways?). But you can still search products and find stuff that way, and their shipping is incredible.

To anybody who has ordered a gun from them- how are they with trademarks and orange tips? Do they just pop on an orange cap and put tape over trades? Or do they paint the end and dremel trades?

Mine came with Electric tape over the Knights logos and all over the logos on the magazines. The flashider was in the box seperately with the crush washer, and they loctited the mandatory orange flashider on. Few minutes with a helper, a pipe wrench, and a complimentary jar opener from Steve's Deli got it off...I have nothing else to say. When you order, you should probably mention that you would prefer to cover up the trademarks. I didn't specify in my order since I figured customs agents are smarter than that when finding trademarks, but I spose' I was wrong. Although I think that's standard practice for most places now since that bit of extra effort and few feet of E-Tape on their part keeps you happy and coming back to buy from them.

Thanks for the post guys. I read the post Monday night and checked out there website.
I have been looking for a G&P TA31 ACOG in the sand color, and sure enough they had one. I ordered on the spot and got the package today.
I am surprised that the scope got here so fast. I paid the $35 dollars for shipping. 36 hours later it was at my door. A++ for Airsoft Global.
I am super happy that I was a able to find a hard to get item from Hong Kong in 2 days.
P.S. I ordered from Evike on Feb 15. Still waiting for that order to ship.

I made an order on the 15 of March for a set of 3 POM grenades and 2 WE M4 Mags. Payed roughly $6 more then I would have at Airsoftgi.com with a discount and free shipping, and they are due here on the 17th before noon. Definatly worth it, no long "processing" period and pretty much the same price. A+ for Airsoftglobal.com

I put in an order for a G&P M733 on 2/11/11. The gun arrived on 2/14/11. Extremely fast shipping from Hong Kong.
I requested that the trades be covered and not removed. The gun came and trades are beautiful and fully intact.
Excellent retailer!
