This review is on the new retailer Monda International
Monda International is one of the newer retailers coming out of Taiwan. I got a hold of them after learning about the company from Airsoft news EU as well as Arnie's Airsoft. Their web site is currently still under construction but they are already conducting business all over the world. Right now the only way to contact them would be to e-mail sales@mondaint.com or info@mondaint.com.
A good way to get an idea of what products they have is to view their youtube page www.youtube.com/user/monda168 or to check Airsoft news EU for their product announcements.
From my experience with them, they have great customer service and reply very quickly to e-mails and inquiries. I have yet to find any company that has quicker shipping from that side of the world. I had a "sensitive" item ship out on a Monday, make it past the dreaded customs check and arrive at my door the five days later on Friday. The item was shipped through the Taiwanese counterpart of the USPS and was delivered by USPS once it got to the US.
Their pricing was very fair and shipping was already calculated in which really helps. I had added a variety of special options to my order and every single one was met to my satisfaction. Payment was through paypal and I did have to add the 4% paypal fee which wasn't much at all when compared to the "Final shipped price".
Keep an eye out for this company because they are trying to position themselves as one of the major players. They are the only company I currently know of that can successfully get a MASADA past customs and into the US. They are developing a lot of really interesting products like the Airsoft version of the FMG-9 as seen here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XGKXeztl84 and I was told that they will shortly be making a GBB scar available for purchase.
Overall I had a great experience with this retailer and I will definitely be back to purchase from them again in the very near future.
