I need someone to volunteer as the commander for the US Army (Green Team). Please PM me if you are interested, thanks. What are the rules going to be regarding the commander position? Are there going to be any special points awarded for capturing and or killing the opposing team's commander? |

Yeah, I'll have bb's for sale at the event. Don't know if I have any .28's left though, but I definitely have .20's and .25's, $15 for 4000.
One of the special things with the commanders this time will be if they are killed twice, then the respawn time for the ENTIRE team is increased by 5 minutes. The commanders will also be the location of a mobile respawn. This gives incentive for them to both stay alive, but to get as close to battle as possible. Or, a commander could just choose to stay far off and command from a stationary point in order to increase the chances of staying alive.
If you manage to capture the enemy leader, well, you'll just find out when it happens, don't want to give anything away :-)

Oooh that does make for some interesting game play. Well I took the position for the East side during the Michigan Big Game East vs West so I think I'm going to pass on this one. However to anyone on the green team that does take on the role, I would like to offer my services in assisting the commander because I did learn a thing or two and learned some useful methods for organizing and keeping in communication with squads.

Well, I have some good news. I got an email from Christian at Airsoft Carolina who will be coming to Black Eagle 2 as an on-site vendor. He will be be "bringing a full vending trailer & offering BB's, tac gear, optics, AEG's, GBB's, parts, patches & just tons of stuff." So I suggest y'all bring some extra cash with you so that you can get something from him. He seemed like a real good guy from talking to him on the phone, and has even offered to give me an item or two to raffle off.
