I had a great time at this event: It was the 3rd large event that I have ever been too, and I had a blast. Got shot a few times, even as a cameraman, but I didn't care. It was awesome. I'll have photos up soon, and a lot of them. The video will take longer, but I am hoping to have it edited by the end of the month. It should be around 8 minutes long, roughly the same as my Deep Snow video. But the footage I got yesterday was brilliant, and this video will kick serious ass.

I want to thank the event supervisors for a great event. The weather was perfect and the field was amazing. Although those hills were a bitch to climb, I felt that they added a lot to the gameplay. It was also good to see some familiar faces.
My only gripe was the bastard that ruined my gorgeous face after I called a bang kill. Not only did you fail to follow the engagement limits, placed gameplay above safety, and didn't apologize. But you had the audacity to not call yourself out. Had I seen the damage that you caused to my beautiful face I would have gone ape shit on your ass.
I want to thank the supervisors yet again for attempting to call out the bastard, he didn't even have the balls to come forward. Thanks as well to whoever let me use their med kit. On a positive note, blood looks really good on a balaclava.

The morning was the best part of the event in terms of honor and hit calling, the afternoon was a whole new ball game. Both teams were at fault for this, and it's a shame that it had to be like that. This game is about honor... and you guys really need to take a look at yourself, and ask why you couldn't honor those hits. Imagine that it was you who was shooting the individuals, and they blatantly did not call their hits. You would be pissed. I hope that this trend doesn't continue in the remaining events of the summer. In other news, it was a grand victory for the Koreans in the morning, and a very tough battle in the afternoon after we fell back to the ridge and allowed you to have the valley. The objectives made the game play a ton of fun for us on the tan side, but it seemed like you NATO boys didn't have too much interest in going for them. I personally toted around like 3 payloads of stuff to the airfield, including 1 cannon ball into the creek for the 40lb box! Radio comms were pretty good on the Tan team in the morning, but when I lost mine right before lunch, it made for a giant lack of it in the afternoon, sorry for that one guys, twas my fault for the lack of organization of the Koreans in the afternoon. Not to mention losing a handful who changed to NATO and the all mighty Asshats who took the afternoon off to play spin the bottle. All in all a good time, and I had great fun running around with just a pistol until Jager decided to loan me his P90 to wreak some havoc ;D. I hope y'all who enjoyed it sign up for Cerberus which is at the same field in 2 weeks. Expect some more buildings to go up as well.

On a positive note, blood looks really good on a balaclava. Yeah man that really was nasty. That's why I asked if it was something else, like battle damage makeup or maybe ketchup or something from an MRE. It looked like it was so haenous but you didn't look like you were in pain at all. You seemed to shrug it off pretty well, but it still shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Man we are just glad it didn't go through the cheek. I'm just glad my friend Jake had a med kit on hand. Jake was the guy with the band aids and I was the guy with the pro-tec. But that @$$hole should have apologized man.

Anybody know what happened with the person who stepped on a loose nail? I didn't hear much about it, I just remember a cease fire being called and hearing stuff about somebody stepping on a nail. I hope they're alright.

Hey fucker, we had to get our guns running. My PTW had the tendancy to shoot like 10rds then stop working, which made me get my excercies in for the day walking back and forth to the parking lot. So yeah, feck you! I feel bad for Wildcard, who only got about 1 hour of playtime in before he started working on guns nonstop. Yeah, it was a fun game. And actually, I kinda thought that there was less cheating than usual at this game. Every game, no matter who runs it, there is gonna be kids not calling thier hits, no matter what. And, I personally, only came into that situation a handful of times. Maybe I got lucky as to who I was engaging. Thats just what I ran into out there, I cant speak for anyone else. And Bison, Canto said at the morning briefing that there were to be NO bang kills. Only knife kills. It was shitty of that dude to pepper your face up like that though. I would have been scrappin' at that point. EDIT: I stepped on a nail last game out there, and I didnt get a cease fire...

I thought that It only applied to sniper rifles or hi powered AEGs due to the engagement limits. What would have been the right thing to do if there were no knife kills, but he was too close to shoot at?
