The subject line pretty much explains it all. If you are an event hoster and are interested in hosting serious Military Simulation events, please PM me.
Also, field owners who are interested in allowing MilSim events on your field also PM me, I will then hook you up with a few MilSim event hosters to get things going.

The Hellfish are down. We'd need a better field to work with, though. Can't really host a milsim event on a field cluttered with spools that we share with paintballers.

Which is why I am working to find field owners too, that way I can connect them with Event hosters interested in holding MilSim events.

I sent a PM.
OCA has a field worthy of a true MilSim game.

My field is available, especially if some group really wants to put effort to make a worth while event. It is my parent's place, and the woods are in the backyard. I know, it's technically backyard-softing, but how often do you get to play at a real airport! (Yes we have a lit runway) It's 37 acres and almost anytime in the summer we will be available.

I don't see a thread in the Events section! Get to it! Seriously though, that sounds awesome. Have you had games out there before? Time to call up that pilot I know, and get me a one way ticket

We just had a rec game on the 11th. I'm no good at hosting, but I know the property is great if you added a few bunkers and such. That's why I'm hoping some experienced team will have at it. Entrenching would be fine as long as the holes are filled after, and any logs or trees can be moved and left there.

You need to get permission to rent and land a helocopter on your airstrip. They do that in some games down here and it adds a very cool element to things. If my properties didn't have so much woods around them, I would try myself. Like So:

It's a private runway so we can land whatever the hell we want. If anyone has a plane or chopper (ultralights pilots will be ridiculed) they would most likely be able to make one hell of an entrance.
Anyone who wants to come out and see the area would be more than invited. We can build permanent bunkers and use anything in the woods as long as they're not on the trails, runway, or open field. They can go there, but must be removed after.

Hmm, this thread isn't for hooking up to host rec. games.

I'd love to see the area used for real milsim. Especially if aircraft are involved! I have a few ideas I think would work with the area already. Those who are interested I can send them a PM.
One thing is though, once planes start landing there and such, we won't be able to play on the runway. Landing and dropping people off is fine, but no going between the lights except to get off the runway after landing or board an aircraft before takeoff. I don't want anyone to be hit be a plane taking off or landing..... It's messy...
