Damn straight you offended me. Glad someone talked some sense into you. I can't just forget that shit, but as I told your dad, I don't have a problem with RATS. I pretty much only hate like 2 people, they know who they are. Everyone else gets trashed when they do something deserving of it, I am NOT mean for no reason.
Don't delete this thread... I want others to see the shenanigans that have occurred, I'm not afraid of what they may think of how I acted. For I've had what is best for the community in mind the whole time.

Hunter, who the FUCK are you to speak for MiA? You've been here for less than 6 months. I've been here for 5 years. You're here for profit, not for the greater good of the community. I expect tons of PM's if people want me to shutup. Talk to your buddy Monk, HE is the instigator. Look that one up on dictionary.com if you don't know its meaning. I appreciate your input, however it's diffucult to believe you know what the total operational costs are to run this facility. If you believe you can do better, then I suggest you open your own facility and prehaps you'll understand the over-head required and the true profits are for running a indoor CQB facility. And I will leave it at that no more from me. |

If I owned a facility which was only used during the Halloween season, but had to be heated year round due to the offices in the building, then I absolutely would do it. Because at that point in time, the only costs which you can state as an overhead is insurance (split between tanants, not expensive at all for you) and the electrical bill for the lights and sound system (extremely minimal)
I beliebe I have more business knowledge than you. By quite a bit actually. You can't state rent or heat as an overhead for the airsoft facility. Because... without it, you are still going to pay the same amount! The only additional costs, once more, is electricity and insurance. If you have to pay ppl to help you run it, you have got the wrong people helping you.
