I have nothing else to say I had fun. I'm glad I broke my nightvision scope (kinda sucks I did it in a retarded way though). I finally have an excuse to build a better new one that I can actually upload videos with. haha FUCK CVS AND THEIR FULL PROOF CAMERAS!

It was a very good evening, we now have established a protocol for calling a "cease fire", anyone can do it if there is any safety issue at hand, and everyone should lower or raise their weapon to a safe direction then turn the weapon to safe while repeatedly calling out "cease fire" as well until all the shooting stops. Very good games, very fast paced, nicely played by all involved. I was suprised to see how people turned up. I would call it a great success. I am glad that I finally got to meet Lutris and some of the other guys from failboat. The zombie games went nice and fast with limited ammo (7 shots) and requiring a discharge of a shot after calling "bang kills" helped to speed up the game and eliminate excessive abuse of bang kills. I humbly admit to having surrendered while playing as a zombie multiple times, and I thank the merciful players who did not drill me full of holes when they had the chance. Conscript, I feel redeemed! After you killed me, knifing you made my night! To all who attended, thank you for helping out with everything the way everyone did! It made the event both possible and it ran smoothly as well. Good job guys! Stapo, Mongo and Lutris we were sorry to see you go so early. Stapo, the new guys are hoping you can help them out by guiding them with the correct gear to purchase and best sites to use. We talked to Hunter's dad afterwards, hopefully we can broker a deal and the Zombie squad will begin hosting more events regularly and soon! Well done tonight team, good work and good sportsmanship by all! See you next time! ;D

I have nothing else to say It's a lotttt of work. I forgot you need to get your hands on a nightvision lens and shit. You pretty much just buy the camera and replace it with a nightvision lens. Then get IR leds. God knows where you can get a lense that will fit the camera, but I got mine from a wireless microcam I had that was broken. So suprisingly it fit (had another problem with focus so I had to cut off a spacer and shit). We'll see how my new one turns out I have nothing else to say. I guarantee it wont be as shitty as my old one. I think your NV goggles are nifty enough I have nothing else to say. I was about to buy a pair of those and rip them apart for the view finder and camera part haha. Then I realized they were 80 bucks and it wasnt worth it. I don't know we'll see how my new scope turns out then we'll talk. ^ I don't know if any of that makes sense but I'm really lazy and don't feel like explaining it. This is pretty much all I did. Heres the video of the farmington game like last year. You can X out of it after the indoor part. The outdoor part is just lame and boring. It's a waste of time to watch. s185.photobucket.com/albums/x223/bbmstr2000/Airsoft%20Guns/?action=view¤t=nightvision-s-s-s-.flv

You could prob. easily rip those apart and make a better scope than mine haha. Only problem is focus with your goggles on. I at one point had the night vision glued to my goggles lmfao! It didnt work out to well. they fell off and broke again haha. I am soo suprised the camera hasn't broken for good yet.

I was actually considering making a corner-shot sighting system, such as the type of gun cam used on the oicw or the landwarrior rig for putting a gun around a corner without really being blind, what do you think? Or would it still violate the blind fire rule?

Yeah I think that's kinda cheap. I'd unload on your fingers. I have nothing else to say

heh, you wouldn't see my fingers, thats the point of a gun cam.

In my opinion, that still falls under blind firing. Direct line of sight with the target is needed.

hmmm, I was thinking about the issue of sportsmanship, fairness and game balance. I suppose that is one of the other reasons for the rule against blind fire, even if it could be done in a safe manner, it would still be unfair. Is that what you meant Stapo?
back on topic now, how did you guys like the idea of discharging a shot when calling a bang-kill?

In zombie games it works, but in normal games, it's really just 1 BB and it's doesn't make a lick-a-difference.
