I would rather empty a can of bug spray on my self than " press a previously lit, and blown out, match head to his rear." not because of the pain but because of how gross it is.

Cancer is a worse bug if you ask me...
(Not that you will get cancer the following day if you spray yourself with bugspray once, I understand this, please do not flame me)

WOW, it looks like I missed a great event. I know I will be at the next one that MOA host. I have heard some great things about these ops.
As for what I have read on here, it seams every one had a great time, with the very few exceptions on here, but you will always have them.

DK, yaeh you did miss a good op. From what I have read so far everyone had a great time and as you see there are still some needed improvements for this field to be brought up to par. Hope to see you at the next op man.

As far as the flags go. Might I suggest adding 5 or 6 points total on the field eventually to capture. This would force teams to not consolidate 50% of their team on one flag location, and would spread forces across the field more diffusely, instead of having a mountain of troops in one spot. It would make for more skirmishes across the field, and add tactical flare to both attackers and defenders, instead of merely outnumbering their opponents they would have to out-think, or out-perform them. Not to mention, points would be possibly easier to capture if your team had no spawn and needed to capture a flag to attain one, if you could locate and pick off a weakly defended position. If only three flags were on the field, it seems likely that far too many players would be congested to those few locations. I think it would obviously add more strategy to defend 6 locations, rather than 3. Just my 2 cents. (I know 3 is all you need for the next upcoming OP, but I was just thinking long-term.) That is a awesome idea but I don't think we will have time to build the 3 extra structures to go with the flag points by Hot Sauce. Most of us who do the building are going to Operation Battle of Breedland in Wisconsin a couple weekends before Hot Sauce. But the decision is up to MOA anyway, although I think it would be cool to do eventually. Perhaps you wouldn't have to have a "base" at every flag location. Maybe 1 or 2 out of the 6 could be in the "open". Say like one at the "bridge" location, right in the middle. Defendable from both sides, but the flag raisers would be exposed as they tried to do so. I think it would make some intense firefights. Also, I don't know if every flag should be a spawn either. Maybe the flag controls a local nearby spawn, that is close enough to see, but out of firing range. I think it is very important that we get spawns out of the areas that are trying to be captured. When you are trying to capture something that their entire team is in, it can get ridiculous, what with people respawning early when they feel the position is threatened, both dead and alive players mingled together, and then tempers flare when the "dead" players get lit up when they are standing right in the action. This could be avoided or minimized if the spawns were not directly in the area to be captured, but were in support of the region where the capturable base/flag was. Like I said, maybe close enough to see but out of firing range. Just a couple more 2cents. ***EDIT*** Some Rolling Thunder II footage is up... miairsoft.proboards70.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=18645

Hey, I was rolling with this one sniper guy at Op rolling Thunder II, kind of being his spotter, his name was Ryan, and he wore a full body ghillie suite. Does anyone happen to know if he is on the forums, and id so, what his name is? Hey, that Ryan is me. You need something? ;D

I know I had a giant lense on my *camera* but I didn't realize so many people thought it was video. I took about 90 pictures, but no video.
