I really, really hate to do this, but....
Scratch my name off the list. I was 95% positive I was coming until cheapbatterypacks decided to take forever to ship my battery, and so I won't have a battery for the game.
And my parents are being Nazi's about finals next week....

I already have the deans, it'll take me longer to find some wiring and the proper-end large tamiya connector for my charger.
Also I can possibly scrounge up an extra battery if you need one kikijiki, like a small capacity (600?) mini 8.4v I know for sure is just sitting around.

-Mattyb: Thanks for the offer, but I need a crane stock battery with deans...so unless anybody's got a 9.6v crane stock battery with deans lying around, not too sure it's going to work out.
On second though, I COULD use my friend's m4 collapsable stock with a battery bag, I have nothing else to say. It'd be ghetto as hell, but I'd be able to play.
So maybe I will be at the game. Put me as a "maybe", I have nothing else to say.

Ghetto? I taped a battery to the side of my buddy's ak handguard so we could use it (receiver no longer has the back end part to hold the stock on). It's not ghetto, you just must be younger and never got to watch MacGuyver enough, I have nothing else to say. I've got a battery and stock that'll work though if we just pull off the crane stock, it's just a bit more power than you're looking for. But if you're willing to risk your gearbox exploding I'd be more than happy to help!

I think it was MacGuyver....it was in one of my classes and I think I fell asleep.  Yeah, I can pull of the crane stock, use my friends G&G m4 stock and battery bag, and I've got an 8.4v 4000mAh Elite large battery with deans that I can use, unless you've got something incredibly better. And I highly doubt I'd be risking my gearbox exploding...I put $350+ into my gearbox alone with the intent to make it shoot at 400 FPS with a Systema Magnum motor and a 10.8v battery with deans. Granted, stripped the piston and snapped the tappet plate in two within a couple hundred rounds, but it sure as hell was fun. So what were you thinking to make my gearbox explode? ;D |
