Will you guys ever have a game here with lower age restrictions? I would go to this one, buy the limit is 16. Would I be able to go if my dad was with me?

We're limiting the the players age at a minimum of 16 years old to avoid immature players in an already heated, close quarters scenario, and somewhat about insurance reasons. What applies to one, applies to all. This goes apart from the MIA rule (where if you're under 14 you need a parent) by not allowing anyone under 16, even with a parent to play.
Unfortunately, the best step you could take towards playing is just to sit tight and wait until your 16th birthday bigred1rifleman.

We do allow some kids under 16 though. You will need a vouch from another field owner saying that your mature enough to play. Marshy and Lil stang have permision.

What hunter is saying is true, we do make exceptions but it's going to take some work to be the exception. For us to consider allowing anyone under 16 to addend they must be vouched by a known SENIOR MIA member or moderator. It's going to take a lot to get that because if you screw up we are holding you and your sponsor responsible. Your best bet is to just wait until our rec games in the spring/summer. The age restriction there isn't so high. |

I've been to one of these kind of games berfore, I don't remember what it was, but it was at chaos paintball fields and Tex was there, there were some other people from this sight there. No one else cared that my friend and I were only 13.

Before I go on, Mods pay attention that this guy said he was 13 yet his profile says 15. Last I heard, lying on your profile can result in a ban.
Now let me make this clear to those under 16 (really just bigred who doesn't seem to get it). Other airsoft sites/ games don't care about the age limit. Good for them. Unfortunately for you guys we do. Those are the rules to go to this event regardless of what other events say and complaining about them over and over only puts an emphasis on our position to only let mature and a few vouched players in.
This event sold out 60 spots in three days and one of the big reasons for that is because we only want a certain class of airsoft players who have proven themselves to be honorable and those who don't get banned. Even if we lowered the age limit anyways (which we won't), there are no more spots left and the best anyone can get right now is the waiting list.

Yeah I can't believe it sold out in three days. Literally why I was checking the website 2-3 times every day when I stumbled across the thread.
Just a quick question, this is first come first serve right? so when the next even gets scheduled if I sign up right away I'll still be able to attend the next event and not get put an any waiting list because I attended the last game right?

gunny87 you made it on the roster for the game on Sunday. If that was a mistake let us know and we'll fix it.
Anyways, yeah it's first come first serve but for future reference, those on the waiting list right now will get priority for the next game (Early February?) so if you guys know for sure that you want to go then, you will get a spot.

Is there someone going to the event on Saterday that lives by Milan or Ann Arbor that I can follow to the game? I just dont want to miss it.

Gearjunky, it's easy to find. Once you get near it, just look for the huge smoke stack. Just make sure to get mapquest directions and all that fun stuff, and you should be good to go.

Look for a giant winery with a 155 foot smokestack on the top. You cant miss it. We have the tallest building in the area.
