My UTG Multishot is sometimes shooting 5 instead of 3. This isn't a huge problem, but is anyone else getting this latley? The only thing that sucks about it is when I count my shots I'm sumtimes empty before I think I am. Is it a problem with my shels? Or is it the gun itself. Let me know.

I've had this problem with my tri-shot TSD shotgun. I didn't actually fix it but I taught myself to pump the shotgun faster, which gave less time for more than the right amount of bb's to fill the chamber. Since then I've yet had the problem. I've never had the UTG multi-shotgun but I'm guessing they're really similar so I'd just try that first.

Are you using UTG shells or TM shells? I had a UTG Tri-Shot for a little bit and noticed that sometimes with the UTG shells, it would feed an extra round or two. I never noticed it with my TM shells, though.

Mine does it on occasion. I think Sky said his was doing it too at the AREA 51 game as well. It seems like its a normal problem with them. You get what you pay for.

Is it the same nozzle problem as on the TMs perhaps?

After testing it last night I got some results.
Fresh silicone in the shells and pumping at a slow/regular speed. 22/30 shot more then 3
after I intentionally pumped it faster 9/30 shot more then 3.
So traphic phone was right. If you pump really slow you can hear the 3 go in and then when you start to pump it forward again you can hear a few more get pinched into the chambers. I'm going to check if your pointing the gun up vs down tonight.
