Well I picked up my PTW today and happened to look at my Surefire 962 and saw it had three cracks running through the lens. It must have been shot out during the last Farmington CQB game. Does anyone know if I can buy a new lens for it, or if I can just contact Surefire about it and they will send me a new one? Thanks in advance for your help.

This is one of those times where I look at the post and scratch my head. Why ask us when asking Surefire is free? Call 800-828-8809 and ask them directly.

Surefire has awesome support. I lost my picatinney rail adapter for my X300, called them, told them that I was at fault and wanted to buy a new one and they sent it to me free!
Give them a call.

Ok I emailed them, and if I don't get a reply back by tomorrow I will call them. Thanks guys.
*EDIT* Well I called them and I am def. impressed with Surefire's customer service. I told them I had a 962 and then gave them my mailing information. They said they were going to send me a new bezel, so A + for them.
