Sweet. How much is it going to be if its a unofficial game? Also could you make a roster for the people that are still coming. Night games sound so fun. Well if it on either way, I'm going to have one fun birthday.

If the date does get changed theres still gonna be an unoffical game. On the second or so thats what I'm getting out of the posts EDIT: For the raffle as by subsection 2, subsection one does not apply if this is for promotional purpusses. And seeing as spy king is going to be our sponsor soon and he is donating the guns this shall be a promotional raffle for spyking. Quit trying to make a dollar off of other airsofters. It's pitiful, the guns were donated to you, so donate the money made to Wounded Warriors, or another charity that could use it, not to fatten your wallets. Plus, you're misinterpreting the law. If a company donates it's items to a NPO they can be raffled off for money, but the raffle amount brought in cannot be higher than the cost of the items donated. Also, the funds have to be given to a NPO or charity. It's a law, you might not be caught, but honestly, if you're raffling things off that you purchased, I wouldn't care, but since they were given to you, you're making all profit off of fellow members of the hobby which is sickening in itself. If you want to raffle something off. Make it a free ticket w/admission or give all the proceeds to charity. Wasn't the 3+grand you made at Blood Dynasty enough to quench your thurst for money?

I KNOW you're not talking to me!!! I'm not getting anything from people when they do raffles or rent guns or sell ammo, I don't charge them anything...I could but I DON"T!!! and the 3+grand I made from my OP is my buisness....I have to at least get some of my $5,000 building costs that I put into the city, DO SOME MATH, before you insult people.
Anyway back to the FACTS, I think we're gonna Officially have to delay this OP for the 16th, but just so we're not putting people out who canceled other plans to make the 2nd we will be having an open game for FREE on the 2nd for all those who still want to play on the 2nd. any further questions/comments please PM or post.

Sorry, but I think I did that math... $3500 in one poorly thrown together OP that was a success because of all the people that showed up. Your player cap of 100 for this one shows a blatant disregard for the quality of gameplay, you should allow 60 on that field, max, it's ridiculously small and 75% CQB. I didn't insult anyone, I made truthful statements, you'll be making some fat cash off of your field in short time, which is cool for you. But I'll stop this flame, it's pointless, the people who feel the way I do have already voiced their opinions. I've got nothing against you or the other people who ran the event as fellow airsofters or people, but I feel you guys are shady as businessmen. Some people agree, some people don't care, whatever. Bottom line is, if you or anyone charges for the raffle and it doesn't go to a charity, expect hell to break loose, it's unethical and, illegal. PS - Thanks for the smite! ;D

Dude that was nothing personal you don't have to cry about it, Why is it such a bad thing to try and get some money back from our hard work, Trust me if you we're in our shoes, you'd want a little something for you're rediculous efforts. And smiting people over a matter like this only shows a failure to listen and immaturity as well. If you have a problem with my field...tell me like an adult or stay home. I thought the game was a blast and every person I talked to said the same, if you can't handle a little intensity at you're level, I'm sorry but we like to play how we like to play and WE own the property. I'd like to get any problems resolved quickly and efficiently. The game on the 2nd is free, come or don't come...no-one is forcing you, so don't pout about it.
The roster has been updated and a majority of those on it plan to attend the open game on the 2nd. we'll try to get some night games going in that time so we'll restore power to the city and get the flood lights up and running.

wtf is going on?
Tex, Your comments are seriously uncalled for and could have been PM'ed, and not brought to the event form. Seriously, it's crap like this that kills the community and hurts everyone. Not just the SFOD field, but your field as well. Please think about your words before posting them.
As for the raffle, thank you for posting the fact it's illegal. And I agree, it's unethical and illegal, however let's not blame Corey, he's not holding the raffle...yourgod is.
Yourgod, Tex does make a very good point. If SpyKing is donating them, then it's not right for you to make a profit! If you are going to hold a raffle, I suggest listing the donation agency your giving the proceeds too... and since your new, I would post the name along with the account number to verify the donation. Sorry to be harsh about this, but your new and we don't know you. Or better yet, work with OpDoc - he's a very trusted and reputable person within the community.
I personally could give to poops about it.

Not to just kind of bump in on this one, but if you have seen the MOA Tac Field, you can thank Tex for about half of that entire field being his work, he hasn't asked for a penny in return and neither do I. I can understand that you doing work is hard, but it's fun playing games on it. I agree with Tex completely on this, it's nothing against SFOD at all (I by the way think Greyfox is a really cool guy). But this really won't look good for Team Caedes by holding this raffle just to make money off a new business in the Airsoft Industry.

Hey Greyfox, man are bdu's are all woodland for the rats, But we will go where you have us if needed. Sorry for the confusion. At the last game at MOA field I was at. Jr's team hosted the event and at lunch he handed everyone there two FREE Tickets and gave away a bunch of cool stuff. ( I didn't win) but it was still really cool of the event sponsors to do that. My 2 cent is I just want to play and have a great time with all the fellow airsofters in the area and out of area. Quick draw Pistol Dual at noon should settle this.
I mean can't we all just shoot each other and get along. Come on guy's....

I don't charge or influence anyone's setup, if they so choose to rent or sell guns & ammo or do raffles. If everyone has a problem with the way they're handling it, You have to talk to them about it. IF they are in the wrong it's up to them to make it right, I can't have everyone jumping on my ass for something of which I have no control over . I have enough on my plate. Now do you guys understand my frustrations? I'm gonna have to fully agree with Chaseman, lets just get along like adults and get some quality gaming going. Oh and could someone(MOD) reschedule this for the 16th, Thanks.

I apologize if I came off as a dick, but hey... I'm a dick $1,000 is outrageous, like, ridiculously outrageous. Hole in the Wall and MOA are at $300 last I checked. Hole in the Wall is pretty well built up and a large sized plot of land. I won't put a plug in for MOA, but y'all know what it's like. You should do some chit chatting with those parents and get them to lower it to at least $500, you'll boost the amount of people willing to attend by a lot if that's done. Again, I apologize if I portrayed my asshole side, but, the raffles really infuriate me. I directed the comments at you because as the one running the field, it's indirectly your responsibility, and the land owners also would be held responsible for what would be considered "Gambling" on their property. Don't forget Grey, I've got absolutely nothing against ya, had a good time chattin with you at BD, I am just a real stubborn prick about some things
