Ah, well gents I think my crew will sit this event out. I think it would be best for some of the team who has not had any experience with the Military or MILSIMS in airsoft to meet everybody in a little more relaxed game. Thanks for all the information on this though, I'm sure this will not be the only one of these if all goes well. So it seems we will have to meet on a future battlefield that has yet to be disclosed. Until then, may you bless your enemies in fire so that they know the true glory of battle.

Epic Words... Just remember Semper Gumby (Always Flexible). Anyways signups are still coming along.. and remember you don't have to have MILSIM experience to sign up, you just need to be willing to commit the time to learn the classes that are being given to all players for free... from military personnel. I look forward to seeing more of this great community signing up.
Regards,

Well you have over a year, so when time isn't "Riding Your Butt" then check back in and check everything out; but no khaki and OD are not on the list

I'm going to sticky this thread, I'm tired of watching it go up and down a three inch span...

Well this sounds pretty amazing... But its a bit far for me, and I'm underage.. :/ Ill keep checking in to see if you can lower the age. That would be greatly appreciated by my buddies and I. (About 4 or 5, because most people i play with probably wouldn't want to dough out another $100 to suit up for this [there's around 20 of us, but we just play in our backyards and stuff, and we usually don't even play hits...]) haha

SAS wears black in some of their stand-alone ops. In the presence of other factions of Her Majesty's Armed Forces, they wear DPM mixed camo (desert DPM top, WL DPM bottom/OD bottom, WL DPM top). That is the info I have been told by a former member of the RAF who remembers occasionally operating with SAS units in Ireland.

They don't ALWAYS use Black. Cammies are decided upon per operation. Or just, ya know, whatever the fuck they want...

That is the info I have been told by a former member of the RAF who remembers occasionally operating with SAS units in Ireland. Relish, These kids are running off COD4 and 70s/80s information. The SAS never have and never will wear black. Their coveralls were Navy Blue which looks almost black. They wore them in the 70s, 80s, and 90s ,but like most SF teams have moved onto better things. They are just better at keeping themselves out of pictures (until recently), so most everyones information on the SAS have been pictures that are old as hell. The guy you talked to, was he old school? Because I dont think they've worn navy blue coveralls in a very long time. Like GBiscuit said, SAS wear whatever the hell they want. They really have little to no restrictions in that aspect. For the sake of an airsoft event, I would say DPM. Or whatever strange uniform you guys had it was, I believe it was DPM pants and a t-shirt...
