Okay Sunday is full and Saturday has one (1) spot open.
Also as of right now no more switching back and forth. It's just going to cause problems so if you are signed up for Sunday you go on Sunday and vice versa.
Again as a reminder: Failure to show up without notice to a game in which you have reserved will result in an indefinite ban from hellfish events, so just show up if you say you are and let us know at least 36 hours ahead of time (by Thursday noon) if you can't.
If you are not on the roster you will be denied entry so don't bother driving all the way there unless you are on the list.
Doors open at 8:30 and we will try to get the games going by 9:00 so prepare your gear and load your mags the night before so no time is wasted sitting around waiting for people.

We'll let him in, but I don't know that it's a good idea for him. This place is awfully tight and frantic. He's going to get shot every time he moves into a different room, and every time somebody else moves into the room he's in. Plus, it's low light, so getting good pictures is going to be a bitch.

Hey we are bringing a guy to take pictures and such NOT PLAY, so he will be able to get in right? As knief said, it's going to be tight but that is to your discretion. Next time though give us more time before you let us know that you are bringing someone in. Just so you know, your photographer has to have full seal goggles and he can not come in every time you are in the field. We'll give him 4 games that he can join and that should be more than enough to get you guys some photos. Starting on the next hellfish event photographers will have to pay half the fee. We can't have everyone bringing in their own photographers and have the shoot house seem like a paparazzi stronghold. QUICK UPDATE: There is one spot open on Sunday |

I'll be taking pictures Saturday and possibly Sunday as well. If you want an individualized pic just come find me between games and I'll be more than happy to take a quick snapshot of you. I will attempt to take pictures during the games as well but with close engagements and cqb pace it may be tough for me to get good shots.

You didn't show up today, without any notice, after we had games going strong. Are you saying you are not coming tomorrow? If you are, you can only bring THREE 3 people including yourself. Your two other guests will be denied entry if you bring five. |
