If no one has any experience with them, maybe you can order a smaller item ($10-$15) from them and find out how the service is. I would really like to know as well because they have some decent deals on stuff.

Forgot about this thread. I ordered a PC from them for a friend. It took a while to come. 1 1/2--2 weeks but it came and it didn't cost too much.

Well Ill do a little update:
I ordered a Surefire M962 replica from here on the 13th. They let me know that the item was out of stock, but I missed the email. I talked to one of their reps on MSN messenger live, and it was easy to talk to them. He answered any questions I had about other products that were in stock, and told me when my flashlight would be back in stock. So far, I am satisfied with the customer service. Im kind of down that my torch wasn't in stock, but that's not the fault of the company directly.
I will update when I receive my product.

So all in all: The item never came in stock. It had been over 3 weeks since I had ordered so I decided to call it quits. I need a flashlight and I couldn't wait for them any longer.
Got my money back while talking to CS on MSN Messenger. Very helpful people.
Grade: B
Justification: Their customer service is above and beyond most Ive seen. They're almost always on MSN Messenger at night (since they have totally different hours than we do), so I can talk to them easily about my order. They are very relaxed there. What hurt the grade was the actual product never got here. Despite it wasn't neccessarily their fault, it was the factories fault, it still is the main duty of a company to get the customer their product, and get it fast. After 3 weeks and it hasn't even touched the packaging room, I can't do that.
Overall, if you're going to order from Tac Gear Depot, make sure you hit them up via MSN Messenger before ordering, just to make sure its in stock.
