I'm impressed. Had to go all the way back to 2008 for this one. ( I did not want to post on the all caps thread, it hurt my eyes). My short air rattle story: I recently left my m9 and holster at my cabin, just in time for OP:Grayling (the 15th). Due to the possibility of close range fire, I wanted to make sure I had a pistol ready to go.
I called in at 4:12 pm and was informed that orders for Grayling had to be called in before noon of the 14th (today). Instead of telling me he couldn't help me, their customer service rep went way above and beyond what he needed to do and got me all set up and ready to go.
