It is know Dec. 22nd and i have just been informed tht people are playing airsoft. I am sitting at my computer typing this while many of you are pwning each other. I am very sad and angry at the same time...   When do you think the next fight will be because i want in!!! |

Don't feel too bad, only like 3 people showed up and we just tinkered with the new CA Sportline and we didn't even get out on the field. The only "pwning" that was done was a M150 spring pwned the piston on my CA25... again. ;D
But it was fun, thanks for the conversation guys, and Doc I appritiate you guys taking care of my gun for me.

You just picked a bad time of year to get into airsoft, airsoftguru. A lot of us kind of hibernate for the winter if there's no place to play inside. Wait till the Spring/summer, and there'll probably be more games than you can shake a stick at.

Yeah, well usually these rec games at most will promise 15 people. Again, because Airsoft is seen more as a hobby by a large group of members on here, rather than a sport. They don't really put to much effort into coming out, which is why you'll see at almost every operation in Michigan maybe half the people will actually show up as suggested. That's why field moderators and event hosters will usually plan for this and usually only set up their stuff to handle half the capicity of the suggested turnout.
Again, like HotCarl said, wait until Spring/Summer. When those who don't put that much effort into it feel it's nice enough to be outside, and you'll find yourself having a lot more fun.

Note to all:
MOA will be holding off on rec games till the spring. Thanks for all of those that have come out and played and have enjoyed the MOA field. MOA will still be hosting winter ops though so plan on making time for them.
