en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinconning,_Michigan I might be moving there and onto a 45 acre property and was wondering how many people would come if I had an event? Sorry for any missing letters or spaces my keyboard is not working right for an unknown reason.

Well since it is your private property you wouldn't need to acquire permission from anybody but yourself/parent's. I would advise drawing up some waivers as a preventative from being sued, but bear in mind that you can still get sued even if you have a waiver. Perhaps some insurance might help but airsoft insurance is hard to find, it's easier to find a policy with paintball insurance that includes airsoft replicas.
Anyways, do you have any pics of the field? This isn't exactly out of the way so I'm sure quite a few people would show up. Your property is very decently sized and could accommodate about 200 people.

I live about 20 minutes from Pintucky.
Most people dont know it as pinconning, anyhow, its in Bay County. If an event was held there, everyone who plays in Bay County would most likely attend, because there are very very few event within 2 hours from Bay City.

Also, apply for a DBA (Doing Business As) permit so you can charge field fee's without the gov't riding all up your ass. They're fairly cheap, $10-$30 if I recall correctly, ask Tex, he knows more about it than I do.

I'm in midland and pinconning is only about 35-40 minutes away from me.
Been there couple times and if you do have games over there count me in as regular.
Thanks.

There's a group of us in Bay City ( about 12 or so) that would probably be regulars there if you started having events. I'm sure some of us would even be willing to help set some stuff up if nessacary.

The land is flat and I was planning on maybe erecting some walls to hide behind. There is a small creek that runs through part of it but from what I had seen of it its mostly shallow stagnant water.

I drive past there all the time. I'd probably check out an event, it's always good to play on new terrain. Sounds like you've get a bit of support already.
Marshy, this is not AIM chat. Please capitalize and watch your spelling.

You just got told by a moderator (someone who can permanently ban you) to use proper capitalization, punctuation, and grammar. Then you say sorry, without any punctuation, capitalization or grammar, thus you completely missed the point.
