Canto, I don't blame Steve for not catching the damaged gear prior to shipping it out. He's right, it's a single tooth, and even I didn't see it until I was just about to install it. I agree with him that it's unreasonable to expect that kind of inspection prior to shipping. If they did that with everything that got shipped, they'd ship like two packages a day.
No, my main concern is and has always been the delay in getting a replacement or refund.
