I ordered two Echo 1 MP5A5s from them and with the massive amount of Echo Mp5 orders they are getting they messed it up and set me two MP5A4s instead. I emailed Steve about the problem and he called me an about 1 1/2 later and said he would stop by my house as he would be in GR and would drop off the A5's. Other companies I have ordered from have let me return it but I had to pay shipping, or some have not responded to my emails at all and I have had to call mutiple times. They are the best company I have ever dealt with. If there is an item that empire has that is not much more expensive than another company, I will most defenently buy from there.

Thanks for the kind words.
On a side note, our online prices should for the most part be on par with other USA airsoft dealers. If you notice something that much more then the average dealer, let us know and we will look into adjusting our prices.
We try to keep roughly the same prices as everyone else.
