Story Line:
20 September 2009 - The war in Iraq has become more dangerous then ever. US Troops have been withdrawing from the country for the past two months, making it almost impossible to keep order in large city’s such as Fallujah and Baghdad. However there is an even more dangerous threat, Adham Adir one of the top ten most wanted terrorist has moved into the city of BaQubah. Since his arrival on 23 June 2009, Adham Adir and his IED Specialist have been producing large amounts of IED’s that make their way into the streets of BaQubah and as far as Baghdad. With the death toll ranging in the thousands from his IED’s, US forces have devised a plan codenamed Operation Diamondback. Operation Diamondback was supposed to take place in Mid-August, however organized assaults on F.O.B Cairo have delayed the operation until now. At 0830 Hours, a KBR Convoy shipping food and kitchen supplies to FOB Cairo was hit by multiple IED's and the attack site was soon over ran. Those who survived the IED attacks were executed and to add insult to injury, the whole ordeal was filmed and by 1000 hours that day, their chared and mutilated bodies were dragged threw the streets and were strung up in front of FOB Cairo, for US Personnel to see.
Scenario 1
US Forces have now jump started Operation Diamondback. There are three locations deemed high value to the Operation and they are the TV Station, IED factory, and Insurgent Safe house. These are critical to the Operation and must be taken at all cost. In a desperate act to protect these areas Adham Adir has ordered IED’s to be placed all over the Area of Operations. To deal with this the Navy loans its elite unit of EOD (Explosives Ordinance Disposal) team to the area to disable the IED’s. Intelligence reports that not all of the KBR Contractors were executed on 18 September 2009, and approximatively 3 KBR Contractors are being held at the Insurgent Safe house awaiting execution.
