okay i'm planing on buying the pair of eletric mirco uzi's from atlanta airsoft, then using the gearbox from one, buy a springer mp5 ae-5 A5, the cool one with the folding stock and no silencer, and doing a little hacking little more power, bigger battery, maybe some custom switches, and i have a AEG MUHAHA for half the price

cycle means fire and put a new bb into the chamber. What hes saying is that you wont be happy with the results. Minis are really underpowered and they dont have a gearbox even comparable to the AEGs. You would just destroy the gearbox really quickly if you tried to run upgrades. What youre essentially trying to do is build an AEG from parts, but not using good parts, using what you can get cheap. Total, this project would run you at least $150, whereas you could buy an AEG for about twice as much and with performance that is not even comparable.

He just meant MP5A5 dude. I bet he could differentiate a $250 AEG to a $25 springer ;D Or at least I hope so....  |

Well he did say MP5-A5 from Airsoft Atlanta.... the only place I've seen with the springer A5s are icefire-enterprises and airsoftkorea...

No need for apologies. Skife said that he would buy a springer MP5 AE A5 and AE means airsoft elite as in the AEGS. He refered to it as a springer. The only mp5 a5 springers I have ever seen are at icefire-enterprises and airsoftkorea.
