Sorry if this is long but.....
I picked up a PTW and had many questions. Along with the questions I was having problems installing some aftermarket accessories on the PTW. Unfortunately when I take something apart and put it back together I have parts left over.
Anyways I did some research and found Kdogg was pretty much the guy to talk to and fix the PTW. My problem was youngs/empire is two hours away.
Reading some of the posts on this forum also turned me off a little bit and I wasn't sure about driving for two hours to get a cold shoulder.
So after two phone calls talking with Kdogg I felt good about the drive. Over the phone he answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him or a newb idiot. So I made the two hour drive.
I walked inside and found just about everything I would want and more. I was immediately greeted with a hello from Young (or however you spell his name). I walked over to Kdogg and had a thirty to forty minute discussion about my PTW. I ended up leaving my PTW and numerous accessories with Kdogg for installation and fine tuning.
Two days later I called Kdogg and asked if I could pick everything up a day early. Kdogg said he was pretty busy but to call back at 7 and he would try to get to it. I was contacted by Kdogg about three hours later telling me everything was done and ready to pick up. That to me is good customer service.
I returned the next day and was happy to see Kdogg with my PTW. Before I got to Kdogg Young gave me a quick hello. I gave a quick hi and headed to Kdogg. Unfortunately for Kdogg I had about an hour and a half of questions. Kdogg answered everything and advised me to call if I was having problems with my charger or anything else for that matter.
After all that I went though the store and dropped about 300 bucks on odds and ends with Young following me around getting or showing me where everything was. Not hassling but helping.
OK sorry for the long story but I just want to make sure that if anyone is questioning making the drive or was scarred off by other opinions don't be. I can't say one bad thing about the place or the employees. I was very satisfied with the selection, price, and friendliness of Kdogg and Young. Thanks for making the drive worth it and I'll be back for the Para SAW.
