I purchased the Advanced Tactical Camera from www.uscav.com when it dropped in price and I had my normal 10% discount, I think I paid around $170 for it. The following are the specs from the USCav.com page:
Record the crucial record of events in any use of force or training scenario with the Advanced Tactical Camera (ATC). Attached to your helmet or weapon, the ATC is the perfect inexpensive tool for training and accountability in real mission deployments. Engineered specifically for military and law enforcement to withstand the harsh recoil of a weapon.
Waterproof up to 10 feet (3 meters)
Shock resistant for extreme conditions
640x480 VGA resolution at 30 frames per second
32mb onboard memory (good for about 5 minutes)
SD card expansion slot allows you to record to inexpensive SD card media (up to 2Gb) NOTE: SD card not included
Mount Type: Weaver or Picatinny
Manufacturer's 1-year warranty
Operates on two "AA" batteries (approximately 2 hours of use on a set of batteries) NOTE: Batteries not included
Voltage: 3V
Luminous Intensity: 001 Lux
Weight: 8ozs. (55mg)
Dimensions: 4.25" x 1.75" x 2.25 (10.8cm x 4.4cm x 5.7cm)
Imported
Color: Black
Overall I am happy with the product, build quality is very good for the price, vid quality is good for what it is, and audio is what I expected at ok. The thing that pisses me off about the cam is that I could have bought it from my own company for less than one hundred bucks under the Oregon Scientific brand that only lacks the picatinney rail mount/ring!

The manual says it will take up to a 2Gb SD card so of course I tried a 4Gb card to find it did not work, if you pick one of these cams up just stick with the 2Gb cards.
I will use this at Rolling Thunder 2 to get some "appropriate" vids up but I did test it out and it does in fact work well.
Here are some pics:
I think I will need to get a 1911 with a rail now to use this to review my runs threw the IDPA/IPSC type shoots.
EDIT: I added this vid I made in the workshop.
