It must be the most unserious business I have ever come across. They have 2 telephone number on their page, I have tried to call them for the last 2 weeks and have never gotten an answer. They SUCK. Don’t ever order from them, under any circumstance.
In the beginning I just wanted to change my order as two items where out of stock. But as time went on I wanted to cancel my order as I where unable to contact them to change it but no luck in getting them to cancel it. So last Thursday I got a package from them and in it they had shipped the items that they had in stock but when I checked the order status on their page it said that it hadn’t shipped yet. Can I move forward and demand I refund from them and ship the items back to them. Not familiar with how these kind of thing work, have never come across this type of unserious company before.
I can even consider paying for the shipping to send the items back. As long as I get in touch with them to ask what the heck happent. If anyone of you guys have any advise please mail me at philip@ridderheim.com, or better if you know anyone over at prosoldier.com tell them to get in touch with me on the same email philip@ridderheim.com

Oddly enough, I've been trying to find out the status of an item I ordered from them too. No response to email and the phone goes to a voice mailbox that's full. Fortunately it's not a life and death need, and I used a credit card.
Edit on 9/2/2004: Item finally arrived, in the wrong color. Now I'm trying to get an RMA and a refund so I can wash my hands of these assclowns.

The annoying thing is Ive been trying to reach them for like 2 weeks and no answer so I thouhgt vacation. but as they have sent me part of the order they must be there. Now I'm trying to get a hold of them to change the items that havent shipped. And to complain and demand some or all money back as they state on their page. And they guarrente you the lowest price which they dont have, so I will demand money back for that. I just cant figure out how they can be so ignorent, a simple phone call could have averteed this, but no.

baldag... sorry to hear the run of bad luck.. if you send the stuff back try 21stCA..Bill goes out of his way to get you going and support afterwards...(no this isnt a shameless plug) keep us posted on your progress..thanks for the info on the store. -CP

If you paid by credit card and you have a record of asking them to cancel the order, dispute any and all charges with the credit card company. Hit 'em in the pocketbook.
