Savage passed me on to this site, when I was doing back pack research a while back. Well a couple of weeks ago I put a order into them since it was one of the few places that had alta knee pads with the buckles. Pretty nice selection of good gear, decent prices.
First main note: You have to buy at least 50 dollars of merchandise. Kinda sucked for me cause all I wanted was 20 dollar knee pads, no biggie.
Second note: My goods arrived in 2 weeks which is much better then other places I have had nightmares with.
I would give this site a A. Check it out.

On August 15th I placed an order with Amron for Alta kneepads, a BHI belt, and a TAG nalgene pouch. My items shipped the 8th and arrived the 13th, the main culprit for the delay being Alta kneepads out of stock (can't complain since they've arrived already.) I e-mailed Amron a few times throughout the wait, and they were courteous and pretty prompt in their responses. For example, I requested a change in the shipping address and they complied, which is a plus.
I would order from them again, just the long wait sticks out- about 4 weeks before they restocked?

Did you order the Alta w/buckles. When I orderd I recived the last one they had in stock. What took my order so long was that my Black hawk dump pouch wasn't in stock. Another nice thing I'll add about Amron is that you can just pick the phone, call them and ask if it is, or isn't in stock and how long it will take to ship.

yeah, I ordered the alta with buckles (very nice kneepads by the way!)
I do agree, communication between customers retailers is key and Amron is good about it
