Would you trust www.AmpAir.net if we became a retailer? We are possibly thinking about opening an online store up, and using www.Airsoft-X.com as our wholesale. Would any of you even consider buying from us if we did do this? Please don't start a flame war, I'm just curious to know, No promises that this is going to happen or anything. It would probobally be paypal only at first, to make sure nothing goes wrong with credit card info. Thanks, Kevin Johnson

I think that if the prices were right (No Mp5ks for $300 or anything), then I think I would buy from it. And also that you guys didn't get to test fire everything first .

I'm not sure I would handle my business with a bunch of teenagers. No offense intended by that, as I am a teenager as well. I'm sure customer service would be great, but the fact of the matter is, I'd rather handle business with someone who has experience. Although I don't see why I wouldn't make smaller buys. (bbs, mags, gas) Smaller things, it would take a while to build up the trust and reliability for bigger purchases.
My $.02
Good luck though.

Well, orionw88, Thank you for being honest, But i would have no access to the store even, all i could do it edit it for repairs and stuff. It would be dealing with www.Paintball-x.com actually.. They would do all the shipping, customer service, everything, It would be free shipping, and they are fast... 2 days usually. ( I think it's 2nd day air ) So you would not be dealing with teenagers at all. It would be professionals, AMP would just get some comission out of it for letting them have webspace. It is just another way to keep amp payed for. I wouldnt pocket a dime for a long time, When i'm older, I may take it over and make it my business, but right now, i have no part in it... I'm still waiting the OK from my dad though. We are going to discuss it today. I have a half day, so he is going to take off half a day of work and come talk to me about it. I appreciate your honesty! Maelstrom- Prices would be fair, Normal with every1 else... And frequent sales and deals would occour. And unfortunately, I won't be anywhere near any of these guns... well.. fortunately for you guys. I have nothing else to say. THe closest i will be to them is 3.5 hours away.

There may be a chance that you can buy these from us, it would not be made by us, but we may make it so you can buy them from us. I'm not sure yet. Or if we dont do the store, we may do custom name tags only.. I don't really know. Just want to see if people would even buy from us first. I'm losing money on amp, and i would only get 5% of all orders, which would pay for amps running cost... I don't plan to make a dime off of amp, So every1 knows, im not doing this to scam anyone, I'm doing it to keep amp running without me having to pay for it every year.

A new responsible retailer would just me that Airsoft is growing in a mature way. I'd say go for it and I'd probably buy a few small things here and there but I don't plan on buying guns for awhile. Also you might want to find that "edge" that makes your shop better than others. What that may be, I don't know.

That's what im afraid of... Lawsuits.
I have nothing else to say.
He is licensed to do it, so we are safe, but im worried about stolen cc numbers, thats why i said paypal only, but im afraid of hackers... It would be on a secure site, but i dont want amp to be at fault for something that isnt amps fault... The worst that can happen is the scary part....

i would probably buy small stuff at first, bbs, gas, stuff like that, and if you need another "deal" then maybe give out a free "ampair.net" patch with every order, that would be a nice incentive for me at least

ampair patch= good idea, i could do that by special request.. like... Do you want a free patch with I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. order? yes/no. That way they wouldnt go to waste if peopel didnt want them.. the only thing is i wouldn't be able to do that right away.. Stickers on the other hand will work for a little while, untill the money starts rolling in... Hell... I hope i get a discount... because i want to buy from amp myself....I have nothing else to say. thanks, and keep the imput coming, My dad is speaking to an attourney/friend about this matter, To make sure there are no legality issues/ loopholes.

as far as the paypal goes, i know that using it will be an added incentive to most people. and if anyone hacks paypal, it's paypal's problem, not yours. i say go for it.
