I have had as of right now, four consecutive problems with a company called Generation Airsoft in California. They have in the past shipped my order ground, when 3 day air was paid. No refund was given. They have shipped me a defective item that I had to fix myself. I emailed 11 times without a response. This time, again they filed to ship 3 day air, when it was paid for last thursday. As an added bonus, they finally shipped it monday ground again. Now they will not do the right thing by sending one next day air at their expense. Nor will they overnight a refund check to me....
As a consumer, I believe this is all very bad service. But hey maybe its just me.

Wow that place sounds like it really sucks. Now I know to stay far away from them.

I had problems with them too. THeir Shopping cart has been inoperative now for almost a year. When I did make an order from them they forgot to send me one of my pistons, and sent a silent-head set for the wrong mechbox. They swore they took it out of a V2 set, but after I sent it back they admitted that it was different. I don't recommend purchasing from them. It's faster to order overseas. Hopefully one day this will be fixed.

Well I should have learned from the first two experiences with this Peter Yee fellow, but no more.
I only hope that airsofters will not supply him with any more business. I had to file a lawsuit in order to get my money back. After I sent the papers in over email I think he got the picture.
I was about to call the California Gov's office and list a complaint with Arnold, but he sent me my refund. Only two months and five days late.
I will not even go to his website anymore.

Odd. My first major purchase was through Peter Lee. This was a few years back, but I bought a Benelli M3 Super 90, Tokyo Marui Tacmaster + extra mag, a couple bags of BBs, and two extra shell packs. The shipping was free because of a special, and it took a few extra days because he was sold out, so he bumped up my shipping rate to next day air for no charge. Oddly enough, the Benelli costs more there now then it did back then (got it for $200).
The box it came in was well packed, and was durable enough that I still use it to hold some of my airsoft junk (though that is going to change once my basement is cleared out some).
I couldn't have been happier. Maybe he's gone down hill in the past few years though, but at that time, he had nothing but raves from people on the airsoft zone forums.

I get a lot of stuff through him, and have for the last few years and he's been fine for me... I bought a pre-upgraded AUG, and it seems to be working fine... maybe hes just having a communication problem, just like Project airsoft is.

i just ordered $350 worth the stuff from him, ill let you know how it turns out
i talked with him on the phone and he seemed nice, and i communicated via email with him for a week prior and he always thoroughly answered my questions
Mods, i know this is dead but id like to set the scale on this, because some people say its a good place, others say its bad, so im kinda worried right now because i had never seen this thread before

It's always easier to get someone to pay attention to you before they get the money.

yea, once they have your money, they companies seem to just blow you off
but i talked with him on the phone, i have his number and will not cease to pester him if he sent me faulty equipment
my dad is into law and should know a few "scare tactics" if you will
He kept saying "Oh yea, very nice peace, youll love it, you should order soon though because they are discontinued and this is my last one!"
if something goes wrong ill point out what id like done about it
and if all goes well i might send him extra money for the great service

i recieved the shotgun without a hitch
great communication
great service
most of all, great price
shipping only cost $17, but it took a week to get here, none the less i was in no hurry to spend $70 on shipping for it to arrive any sooner
Special Thanks to Peter Yee

I know this is an OLD thread, but, I figured this to be the best place to post on the subject. Anyway, I recently placed a small order ( 17.00 ) for a Silencer adapter for my PDW, this one Well, I got my order pretty quick which kind of surprised me. However it was not the correct item that I purchased. This one is what I received His mistake was technically to my benefit since the adapter he sent me was priced 13 dollars higher. Unfortunately it's the same as the stock flash hider on my PDW, and I don't like the silencer being so far from the sights ( which is why I ordered a new one. ) So, now, I'm waiting for a reply to get this straightened out. From this experience here are my pros and cons... Pro: it was FAST.. Con: it was WRONG, and now I have to wait to get the correct item. So, in the long run it will be slow.
